Yep, finally - a KT condo.... :roll: What a busy couple of days we've had but NOT because of the sugar dance... ohmygod_smile ..he's just been a big pink and yelllow toad squattin' up there in those ugly numbers. Increased a drop today to see if we can get rid of some of that extra sweet he's got...all P's in place, seems to be feeling well tho'.
I woke up to ANTS ANTS ANTS everywhere in my kitchen! YUCK! It's that time of year...KT plays with them when he sees them on the floor. I'd made the mistake of leaving a couple of empty cans on the counter - they were having a THANKSGIVING dinner including the Turkey/Giblets.... :roll:
I got to go 'frog hunting' again...the tree frog I found in neighbor's plant wasn't the only one there. I got another call from her yesterday morning saying "help, frog again...". I didn't think the one I found 3 days ago was truly the one that I'd seen jump out of another pot. This one was finally noisy enough to lead me to him - he was out of FOOD! Where's my spiders? Where's my bugs? I eated all ov dem in here.... Still took about 45 minutes to actually find and catch him. I'm glad Eileen isn't scared of frogs! She swore he sat on the back of her TV most of the previous night 'singing'....she couldn't see him but she has bad eyes, bad knees and a bad back so couldn't really get back there.
CELEBRATE MY GIFT! I finally took my eye prescription in to have glasses made - they tried to sell me their special, a second pair for $30 but I told them I couldn't afford that so would just get one pair. After fitting, the person that came out of the back to help me asked "If I give you the other pair, would you take them?". WHAT? How can you do that?....I just happened to be the lucky customer that was being helped by the General Manager! She has approval for all their low income cases - she realized I was being very honest when I refused the other pair...I GLADLY accepted them! What a WONDERFUL gift! I now have a regular pair AND a pair of sunglasses too! THANK YOU LORD!!!
There's all sorts of things that I was going to share but now that I'm typing, I can't remember a one of them!
DANCE with us today! It's warm again, sun is shining...I'm going to be outside as much as I can today!!!
BIG HUGS to all that visit today. Special thoughts and prayers for Big Head's MamaBean, Jenny as well as Rhianon's DH having emergency surgery today.
