ETA: I dont know if its the change to Lev or another factor, but he seems to be feeling good the past few days. He is even playing (or attempting to!) with Rex more.

You'll get there and I'm glad Gordy's feeling good. Teasel's Lev SS is hardly exemplary but he feels much better than he did on Lantus. That's what I focus on ...

He is too rough, so she just runs. (Which is partly what he wants.) He has no concept of a "play bite", so he throws 17lbs of force behind each one... and he teeth arent small

All Rex has to do is to bite back and Gordy will learn! My civvie Precious had no idea how to play, both with cats and humans, so I would leave our "play sessions" with deep scratches and bites. I think my alpha Tanner finally taught him because now Precious does a quick bite and release or a jab without pulling back and causing the scratches.
