Well, at least she finally came down from the yellow floor! I'm not sure what that was all about, but as of now, I am planning on a dosecrease for Thursday evening...the fuds changes certainly do seem to be messing with her numbers.

Today, we just had Friskies T&G. She was not happy with me last night when I mixed On the Cat Wok with EVO, so I fell back to something familiar. I think she basically hates EVO, and I don't think she was totally digging Cat Wok (and neither did Frankie), so I think I will completely nix those.

In other news, today is my sweet little Frankie's 10th birthday! She is such a joy, and loves every minute of life. As a wee baby, she escaped euthanasia several times...at the shelter, at the vet when she developed a very serious herpes infection that almost left her blind. But, she beat the odds, and as a result, she is named after St Francis. She came to us when she was 4 months old....after being passed over at many adoption days. All those fools don't know what they were missing...but obviously THIS is where she belongs!

Yay for that +2.5. Down she goes. I know on the fuds messing with numbers. It's like leaning what will work all over again. Wishing you luck with the foods.

Trixie is not alone in hating Evo. I have tried giving it to Simon several times, and he will absolutely turn his nose up at it. Don't they know it will help their BG readings?!

Happy 10th birthday, Frankie!!! What an adorable girl. How could anyone not fall in love with her? She was destined to be with you.

Glad to see that Trixie cleared the yellow floor and is sliding nicely into the blues. Good luck with the fud changes... they are so picky! Kiz is the same way about Evil Evo and Merrick's Before Grain. :roll: Hope you guys have a great day.

Morning Amy, good to see Trixie sliding down to blue. Oh the fuds war. Mags isn't that wild about Evo either but wil eat it if there's nothing else on the plate. I did find the BFF chicken knuckles or something can't remember the name. I have not tried it yet on Mags.

Happy Birthday to sweet Frankie. What a a little beauty!
 
Again...BLECH!!! These numbers have to be related to the change in diet. A dosecrease is on the docket for tomorrow evening, since DH and I will be home for close monitoring Friday-Monday.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes for our sweet Frankie. We are the lucky ones...she is a true inspiration and joy - even though she loves to wake us up in the middle of the night. I wouldn't have it any other way!

Hi Amy, Rusty won't eat EVO either. Stu loved it (the original EVO Cat & Kitten, not the more recent 95% EVO). ECID. Good luck with the fuds dilemma!

I have to add to the Happy Birthday chorus for Frankie, such a sweet looking kitty:) And I hope Trixie comes down for you to the green lagoon soon:)
