OTJ trial is going well, Rufus hasn't been doing great since Friday, I hope it's not the Adequan doing it. Lots of lip smacking and not eating great. Nauseaous all the time, even while on 3 anti-nausea meds. His last shot of Adeqaun was on Friday, and was supposed to give him one yesterday but he wasn't feeling well so didn't give it. I'll give it later today. Also supposed to start the Atopica. Side effects include inappetance :(

He did eat almost all of his breakfast, which was nice. I'm just banging my head on what to do or where to go with him. On top of all this the stress of being unemployed is getting to me. Went to go donate blood yesterday and was turned away. My BP was 158 over 104!!!! I know it's stress from all of this. Anyways, have 3 interviews this week so hopefully I'll get a job soon! Rufus is costing me lots of money, I think we're up to $5000 since august. If we do an endoscopy thats another $2000. Not fun spending money when you have none coming in and have no idea when more will come in!

Anyways, if life didn't have downs, you wouldn't be able to appreciate the ups! Just hoping the ups come soon! I guess at least were on day 5.5 of OTJ :)

Aw, I'm sorry he's lip smacking so much. It's interesting that he is eating well, though. I'd never heard that Adequan would affect appy, but I know you have. I guess if it's a food sensitivity that's bothering his belly, it might just be too much for the meds to calm???

You should get that BP checked - high BP is dangerous! I hope the interviews go well!

Ah, it's a bummer that Rufus is still having appy/nausea problems, but at least the trial is going well! One thing at a time, I guess.

Good luck on the interviews!!!!!

Good luck on interviews. Yep watch your own bp and stress factors. Nothing to fool around with.

Happy otj trial day #5? 5.5?! That’s one good thing that I hope lowers your stress worries.:bighug:

Thanks all! I know my BP numbers were high, but I'm sure they are better today. I might stop at one of those check your numbers at the pharmpacy places tomorrow :)

So, Rufus didn't eat his lunch. He's acting better and following me around, no lip smacking, but won't even eat dry food. Ugh. Hopefully he'll eat dinner.

Thanks for the good lucks on the interviews. I truly appreciate it!

I truly hope that's what it is. I don't know what else it could be. I just always have cancer in the back of my mind :( I might just have to pay for the endoscopy and hopefully get an answer.
