Good to hear that Phoebes is eating!

Yesterday Ducia vomited an enormous hairball; I gave her Cerenia and in less 10 min she ate her entire portion with great enthusiasm. (?!)

Sending you my prayers and healing vines

Phoebes.... :banghead:
Hopefully it was a final attempt from the flareup and Phoebes can get back on track. Good that she still has an appetite after the "4am incident". Hopefully if the flareup is ending the numbers will improve a bit on their own.

She has decided not to eat all of her lunch and her numbers have decided to stay flat. She just had a pretty stinky poo so maybe her belly is bothering her a bit. Ty for your thought!!:bighug:

Since phoebe has puked this am and gave her Cerenia at 4 am, it's going to wear off at 4 am? She has some issues with lunch didn't want anything ate babyfood. Now she is starving and driving me nuts. Her pmps is at 9. Can I go ahead and feed and have 1 food influenced pmps? I don't want her to get worked up and puke again she actually ate some ff at 700. Ty

Yes, just put a note on the spreadsheet. I wouldn't worry about the food influence-- it's really only a major issue when a cat might actually "really" be in too-low-to-shoot numbers, and Phoebe has shown no sign of that yet, unfortunately :(. Much more important that she's eating well!

Adding: of course, in general we want to keep that 2hr window clear of food, so you are comparing apples to apples on the pre-shot numbers, but for tonight, I don't see any reason to go off schedule just to follow that rule.

The no food within two hours of testing is mostly for newbies until they understand how the insulin works with their kitty. You test so often that I would not think twice about feeding her within that time frame if she is willing to eat.
