Katie is doing very well. It is wonderful to be able to say that. They are walking her every day. Her surgeries have been scheduled at 5 day intervals effective yesterday. The major wound on her buttock is still draining and has wound pumps and packing but granular tissue is forming. YEAH. She is also now eating so hopefully she will regain her strength and heal more rapidly. She and Kelly send their thanks for all your prayers and positive thoughts. For one the doctors did not think would make it this is a great turnaround. Thank you LL. You are awesome.

I intend to go see her this weekend and will give another update then. Again THANK YOU.
 
YES - She is an honorary sugar cat - I love that!

it is such great news to read she is doing so well. She will make it. GO Katie!~ This has just made my day! :cool: :cool: :-D :-D :-D :-D
