Yesterday's Condo

Neither cat was particularly interested in dinner last night. By +3, they were eating better. This morning, I had two hungry kitties. In fact, Gizmo was so hungry he cleaned Gabby's bowl. That doesn't usually happen. I'll be waiting to see what the litter box action is like. I'm hoping the FortiFlora is going to be helping Gizmo out. Gabby's bowels seem a bit better.

Gizmo is way to smart. I got some pill pockets for him and he has routinely managed to eat the pill pocket and spit out the pill.

At least from Gabby, we have better LB action -- partially formed poo. And, her numbers are much more typical of her. Gizmo doesn't always provide a daily donation to the litter box so we're still in wait and see mode.

Great news!!! I hope they both continue to improve. Glad to hear things are firming up a bit for Gabby.

I'm glad that they both have happy appy going on! Gabby sure looks good today :mrgreen: . I hope you get the prezzie you are waiting for from Gizmo soon, and it looks back to normal ;-) . Happy Fursday!

(PS, Chyna is good at chewing the pill out sometimes too. I used to give her a pp and leave or do other things while she ate it, but now I watch her chew and swallow and then watch her eat the treat after before turning away, bad kitties! :lol: )

I heard from the vet. Gizmo's labs are just fine. No out of range values. I'll have them e-mail the actual report but there's nothing specific that caused both kitties to be sick. Gizmo is still sneezing but their appetites are back and I'm feeling less stressed on their account.
 
The dental was supposed to have been this past Tuesday. With all that was going on, it was abandoned. I'm not sure what to do re. getting her scheduled.
 
I'm so glad they're getting their appetites back...and that's good news about the blood work, too.

I just never know what I'll come across when I'm reading condos! I chuckled - a lot - on this one! :lol:

Mom: "Shelly, what will your life be like when you're an adult?"

Me: "I'll be sittin' at the computer - after poking my diabetic cat for the 5,000th time - chattin' with strangers about cat poo."

That's just not how I imagined my life would turn out.... I never wanted to have to find a site like this. I wish none of us did. By the same token, I am so glad you're all here.
