Hello, LL! I think I'm so tierd that I'm having a "klutzy" day today...took 3 strips to get a good sample (sorry Chyna!) and the first one when I went to pick up the lancet it was gone...rolled away...so I was looking all over and Chyna got up to go since she thought we were done :roll: . I had to get a new one, I found the other one rolled onto the floor after. Then I dropped the new cat food can and splattered food all over...and smooshed my hand in the drawer when I closed it. It's not looking to be a good day :lol: . I should have gone to bed earlier but was busy getting some stuff done and visiting the condos I had missed.

Thanks for the visits and as always, nice things to say last night, Liz and Tricia. I was wondering about the cat lady/introvert thing too :lol: . Yesterday: Chyna 3/26

Chyna purred through her testing this morning despite the stupid bean taking so long :? . We have all Ps in place and did her cartrophen shot yesterday :-D . I have to ask the vet how often I am giving it now, we just finished the "loading dose" but she seemed to be getting pretty stiff and it had only been two weeks and wondering if every second week would be normal/too much? I've seen three weeks and four mentioned. I'm still pondering switching to Adequan.

I have to go to tbp soon so I'd better go. I'm having supper (after shot time) at moms tonight to visit with my aunt before she flys out tomorrow too. So no time to be tierd! Have a good day guys! :razz:

My goodness what start to your day!!! HOpefully all the bad and annoying things are out of the way and the rest of the day will be smooth sailing for you. FWIW, I'm a crazy cat lady introvert type....and I'm pretty happy being that way :lol: !

Not a bad start for Chyna...safe, in the blues...not bad at all.

We did give Mario is Adequan about every 3 weeks instead of every 4 weeks (once we got past the loading dose)...basically we gave it when we saw him stiffen up. I'm not sure if giving it more frequently than that may be too much, though.

Yikes! Well, I don't know if it's possible, but I'm going to send you some "anti-klutzoid vines." Hope your day straightens out and Chyna gives you a pretty blue when you get home.

I give Buster Adequan every two weeks and we are well past the loading phase. He starts to lick his lil joints about a day or two before he's due. I think you just need to play it by ear. In fact, I think I'm going to add some Cosequin into the mix, too.

Nice blue there Chyna. Oh I have had those mornings. Ugh. Glad Chyna didn't care and just purred while her bean tried to wake up. Have a great day Rachel!

Goodness! That sounds like one of my mornings. You don't know whether to sit down on the floor and laugh or cry! I hope you got it all out of your system and have a nice, catastrophe-free day!

Chyna, you look so pretty in blue. Why did you peak at the yellow floor? Were you looking for Cinco? He's there, thank goodness. He didn't like the stinky pinkies (neither did I) from the day before. Hopefully, he's headed your way, so watch out for him. He's the one with the party hat on upside down! :-D

Thanks guys, the day hasn't improved much klutz-wise, and this bean is super sleepy and now I have a sore throat again! Will the day/week ever end? :lol:

-Hi Amy, thanks. I'm happy that way too just wish it were easier when I had to do the party thing (without drinking!) ;-) . She's having a flat-ish blues day so far, looks like! Paws crossed on tonight too, please Chyna?

-Thanks Tara, it's good to know that someone gives the injections closer together. I do use cosequin too, and thanks for the vines, in LL, anything is possible :lol:

-Hi Tricia, I know! I didn't cry, anyways. Maybe Chyna was trying to see if Cinco wanted to hang on the blue floor :cool: . LOL on the party hat upside down (poor Cinco!)-she wants to do to him like the lamp picture I sent you :lol:

I need this day to be done already...and I still have dinner with the family/auntie tonight, she leaves tomorrow and I'd like to see her before she goes. I'd also like to sleep, right now... @-) @-)

I'm glad Chyna surfed safely for you today. Sorry for the klutzy day. I've had days like that too. I hope you have a good visit with your aunt and can get some sleep tonight.

Hi!!!! Nice to see you at your condo! I have been MIA lately. Rough morning with Chyna!!! I hate when it takes more than 1 shot to draw up the blood. I feel like lately, I have been doing that more often than not! Errr Hopefully you have a smoother rest of the day

Hi Rachel,

Hope you had a nice visit with your aunt and mom. Wonder if there is an unwritten rule for no two day in a row klutzys???
It is frustrating when you can't get blood the first time. And those rolling lancets! Civie Opie loves to knock them around if I don't put them in a safe place :-D
Glad that Chyna is her purry self through it all :lol:

Looks like Chyna spent the day in below renal threshold numbers and still pretty flat. How about mid blues tonight Chyna?

Paws crossed the klutzy's are done today. I hate starting the day feeling like I'm doing everything wrong - makes me want to go back to bed again. :lol:

Rachel, I hope you had a nice evening with your family. It's hard, when you're so tired, to have to go be sociable, but I know you'll be glad you went. Hopefully Chyna will let you get a good night's sleep and then, you know what? Tomorrow is FRIDAY!!! :-D

Sorry about your klutzy day today! It was almost like a Monday ;-)

Glad Chyna was safe for you today so you could go back to work and have dinner with mom and auntie. Also glad the party went so well last night and your mum was surprised. :-D Great job!!!

One more day and it's the weekend!
 
Thanks for the visits tonight, Carla, Andrea, Amy, Jane, Wendy, Tricia, and Marje. You all said very nice things and made me laugh, sorry I just don't have the brains to answer you all individually but hugs to you all! :YMHUG:

I had a nice supper and visit at my parents with them and my auntie. I'm sad she can only stay a few days, it made mom so happy to have her baby sister/best friend here :-D .

Oh my gosh, I don't think I've felt this tierd for sooo long, I even had to turn the vents on cold and blow them in my face while I was driving home from work and then home from moms just now (and it's -14C outside!). Chyna is giving me a beautiful blue, so it's hit the hay time...paws crossed I sleep tonight! Have a great evening, LL. Surf safe, kitties! :razz:
 
There's nothing worse than starting off with "one of those days." I'm glad Chyna cooperated with you today so you could focus on everything you needed to focus on - like going to bed at a decent hour. Sleep makes everything better. (Coffee runs a close second in my house. ~O))

Hope tomorrow is a klutz-free day! :-D
