Lovely day from Purrdy yesterday :D Looks like he's being obliging again for mum today who has gone off to her walking (read coffee and a chat ;)) group this morning.

@Wendy&Neko - yes on the dandelions for Meg. They're one 'weed' that I don't pull out as she does enjoy them. She also really enjoys her roses. I am blessed with some great neighbours on one side who grow roses and don't spray. It works out nicely for both of us that I go and grab the rose flowers as they start to wilt before the petals fall off and make a mess in their garden. Meg loves the petals fresh and dried. She also loves the leaves so when they cut them back I collect piles of cuttings. I freeze the leaves so they are like little icy poles for Meg in the summer. Her other favourites include nasturtiums (which are conveniently in flower when the roses aren't) and the goji berry bush. I don't think it will ever have berries because as soon as it starts growing she comes along and nips it all off!

Vyktor could do with some more appy vines if you have some to spare. He's really only eating well when I home deliver so not much during the day while I'm at tbp and not much overnight. I'm getting a bit concerned that his mouth still isn't smelling all dental fresh either, I guess he has scabs in there since the vet couldn't stitch up where he cut off the excess tissue but between that and the food intake it's making me nervous :nailbiting:

Go Purrdy! :D:D That was pretty close to a perfect day! :D So naturally he had to give mum a bit of a break today!

How good to hear your neighbor doesn't spray her garden-so many people don't realize it isn't necessary! :(

I don't know what the timeline is for oral surgery on a cat? It seems like when I had my wisdom teeth extracted, it took weeks to heal? Is there a follow up appoitment? Praying for Vyktor to eat, tons and tons of healing vines being sent!!! :bighug::bighug:
 
Great day for Purrdy yesterday - don't know if it was the threat or the patience pants, but it seems to have worked. Nice "bounce" today.:rolleyes:

Sending more appy vines your way for Vyktor - I've got plenty to spare here. Is he on ABs? That can mess with appy.
 
Am sorry to hear Vyktor is still having problems with his mouth. It must feel very uncomfortable for him. Hope his appy picks up soon :bighug::bighug::bighug:it is a worry when they won't eat.
 
Poor Vyktor. He needs extra TLC! Eat, sweetie!

Don't you worry one bit about dem beans. I bringin' over da good stuff tonight. You know, our special "tofurky" It's made with real turkey,, but da bean neber know. I hold da bowl tool on my way.
 
he he he the "bounce" didn't last long. mum is staying up to get one (just one I hope) more - poor thing sounds very weary and she has quite a busy day tomorrow. chances are he'd be okay but we don't like to take chances and he's not as predictable as he has been.

Vyktor is on ABs - he's had a convenia shot, it hasn't affected his appy before but I guess there's always a first time. The bupe seems to have brought on some constipation too - his last one a couple of days ago was pretty hard and he's missed his scheduled poop today - giving the Zener tummy massage a shot.

I better head to your house instead Mikey, we gotta look after your mommybean tonight, maybe she like some dahl - Vyktor

Just more vines for Vyktor, Serryn. So darned troublesome when they won't eat. My trash is filled with opened, uneaten cat tins. (Thank you very much, Boomer!)
