Hi everyone,
Officer Putty thought it was about time I opened a condo for him. He reminded me he still lives here as he has been on insulin for almost 4 years. Putty will be 9 years old in June.
He is doing very well or at least well for a very bouncy boy. His liver will not believe that his pancreas is fine with low numbers or that his caretaker is very well trained in taking care of him.

He continues to play like a kitten often being a very silly kitty. He is usually right by my side at all times when I am home. He has become very polite when waiting to be fed even in the early morning. DH does the morning routine so when the alarm goes off at 5:45 he very politely stares at DH to make sure he gets up. He used to knock items off of the nightstand and slam doors when we did not attend to his needs in a timely manner but now he seems to wait patiently. I am sure now that I just wrote this it will all change tomorrow morning.

Putty is on Levemir.... his dose is skinny 1.0 as of today. He has been very consistent and goes back and forth between a skinny and a fat 1.0.

As far as the bean goes: busy, busy, busy. Life is good. :-D
 
Hi guys .. what a great report on officer putty! He says, mom, didn't you know I only used to knock things off the table when I was a babyyyyyyyy .. Now I'm a big kid and only do mature things :-D :-D I can't wait for the next update! Have a great day guys!

It is good to hear from you Miriam. Love the new patience thing - though he knocking things off is just too fun. I can so see those stared he gives DH in the morning. :-D I d=so look forward to the next update!
 
Miriam, so nice to get an update on Officer Putty, and too funny with knocking things off the nightstand! :lol: That's much better than an alarm. Glad Putty is doing so well and on a low dose. Thanks for stopping by Maggie's condo yesterday. Maggie says come back soon and visit when able , but we do understand life gets busy. Have a great day.
 
great to see an Officer Putty condo! silly kitter - those stares - don't you just wonder what they are thinking behind the non-expressive face? punkin's pretty transparent as his stares all mean Feed Me Now. he only has that one message, other than that he's a pretty laid back kinda guy.

glad your nightstand stuff is safe from the new Mature Putty! :lol:

so he's bouncy even on lev? now i have to go open his ss and see it.

eta: wow, he sure does swing, doesn't he? practically every single cycle. nice that he's hitting good numbers all the time, though.
 
Well this sounds like a pretty good Putty update! :mrgreen:
He really is very consistent with his bouncing around...and keeping you on your toes!

I think of you and Putty often, when my foster cat washes my hair in the a.m. to wake me up. :lol:

We've missed you and Officer Putty!! What a great update for him. It's wonderful to know he and you are doing so well.

Glad you popped inand thanks for visiting Gracie last night! Yes....she is doing much better on lev but can't figure out the last few days. I think her pancreas pooped out so she's back at LTS with Putty :-D

*gasp* miriam! me too! *high five* we're like, we're like both older than nine. that makes us TWINS! :-D :lol:

oh, except my birthday's in november, so i guess we're just the same age. :-D

Miriam, it is so good to hear from you. I'm glad Putty is doing well :-D Thanks for posting in our condo. It's always nice to hear from old friends (over 9). I hope you come visiting again, soon. :YMHUG: We miss you and Putty.

Hi Miriam, it's so nice to hear from you! I'm happy to hear that Officer Putty is still his polite self, even if he is still insisting on bouncing....silly boy! I'm glad that life is good, if busy. We really miss you, I hope you will visit more often if you can!

Great to hear from you, Miriam! Glad Mr. Politeness is doing ok except for his bouncy bouncy stuff.
We should have a birthday party for you both in June. Parties are important for you pre-teens, ya know. :lol:

Officer Putty! Handcuff your mom and make her visit here more often, ok?
