Still seeing very strange pre shot numbers. I feel like I'm doing everything so consistently but not seeing the results.

Your data is incomplete, so its really hard to say for sure, but my gut says she is in pretty much a continual bounce pattern. Please try to find a way to get some tests at +7 to +9 ish time frames so we can see how low she is going. Dose adjustments are made based on the low point, and we have no info on the for Lucy.
