Good Morning LL,

Sending healing vines out to Noni, Gobbles, Mannie and all other puds and beans in need! Sending good vetty vines to Shadow and keeping Rhiannon in our thoughts.

Kizzy is off to a rough start this morning and has me perplexed. He himself is acting totally fine... all 5 P's, breathing well, no asthma that I know of, but his BGs are just way high for him. :? I fattened his .25 this morning, but am thinking about increasing to .5u tonight. The insulin is fine as far as I can tell. We opened it on February 13th -- it's clear, still has its potent smell, and has been refrigerated since the day we opened it. I scoured the house for contraband -- nothing. If he is still kind of high tonight after the dosecrease, maybe we will get a new vial, JIC.

Hi, Courtney, maybe Kismet is still getting back on track after his fs yesterday?

Thanks for visiting our condo today ~I was OBSESSED with Ripley and her kittens! I got my DH and my mom and several friends to watch the live cam, too. Sometimes watching the kittens replaced watching tv here :lol: . I love that they were named after Alien characters. (And it's the only other Ripley kitty I've ever 'known.') I kind of miss those guys...

Hi Josie! I'm not sure it was pfs yesterday, DH is fairly certain he got it in. And with the blue PMPS cycle last night too, and I know I got the shot in. You're right though, maybe it's just a bounce? We have a nice slide going on right now at +2, was expecting a higher number since he is usually up at +2. Work that jooce, Kizzy! Looks like the fattened dose is helping.

I should've figured you knew about the Ripley litter! I am obsessed with the Cosmo fosters... I just love little Boris! He reminds me so much of Kiz when he was a baby.

A nice, slow slide for Kiz. I don't think we'll be getting to the lagoon before nadir (+5) but I'm happy to see him at the upper range of healing numbers. Going to fatten the dose again tonight before increasing to 1/2 unit.

Hi Ann! Looks like it did work some :smile: I fattened the dose again tonight, and will see if he clears this bounce some before going up to 1/2 unit. Thanks on his name! The week before I found him (or, rather, he found me) I was looking around adoption and rescue sites for a black cat. I'd lost my childhood cat, Evlira, several years before and was finally ready to open my heart to a new kitty, and then he appeared. It was kismet...

K is doing great tonight! He brought his green mouse to me for a round of fetch after dinner. I had a feeling I should check his +1 because he was so playful, and sure enough, the jooce has kicked in :-D
