On a positive note, Floyd was sitting on the back of the couch looking out the living room window today, which he hasn't done in a LONG time.

He is looking good!! Love the way he brought it down! If he stays yellow and flat tonight that can be the predictor of a drop in the next cycle or two.

Yes, I agree and suggest you hold the dose through at least tomorrow morning’s cycle.

If you see more blue, you’ll want to give him a few more cycles at this dose. Some cats can be slow responders and can take up to ten cycles to see the BG come further down to green numbers if they are seeing blue.
