Happy Sunday! Prayers and healing vines to all who need them today.

Gracie continues her flat yellow streak and for that she got a dosecrease today. It's almost as if those weeks of incredible cycles and lower numbers wore her pancreas out and we are back to square one. She is, however, her happy baby self....purring, playing, cuddling close with mamabean at night, chasing Tobey :-D :-D

I kept meaning to let you all know that I have spoken with Rosalie several times since Morgaine crossed. She is doing well but misses her baby very, very much and is lonely for her. She did get a part time job and is working from home about 5 hours each day. The apartment complex is going to work with her to replace all of the carpet and then she will consider getting another cat. She said it is just too lonely. And even though she has a hole there that only her Morgaine could fill, I think she is truly at peace knowing that it was time and it was best for her baby. She misses you all...I know she will come back on the board when she's feeling a little stronger.

And I'm taking this opportunity to get out for the day. So have a great one!!

i'm so glad to hear you've stayed in touch with rosalie. i've thought about her often. we know she loved morgaine, and when the time is right there will be another little furry one to fill her heart.

gracie and these yellows! so not like her! i hope the extra bit of juice does the trick! enjoy your day out.

Nice of Gracie to let you have the day off. Have a great outing. I think Tess want's me to stick close. Typing on the iPad in kind of a pain. Takes some getting used to, and someone wants to play mouser whenever she sees me with it. :lol: :lol: :mrgreen: John

Come on down, Gracie, you know it's better on the blue and green floors! Thanks for the Rosalie update, Marje, I hope she is able to get a new kitty before too long. No one can replace Morgaine, but a new baby to love can do a lot for the grieving bean. Have a great day Marje!

Hi guys! YAY! Another kitty that gave he bean the day off. I hope you had fun, did great things. It was great to see Gracie let you go, and now that you are back home, back to business.

it is nice to read that Rosalie is hanging in there. I had wondered how she is doing. Kudos to her on the PT job, I hope that works for her. very nice too that he apt complex will work with her - that is good news. Thanks for the update. I am glad she is coping as well as she is, after the loss of Morgaine.

Hope you had a nice day, Marje! Looks like Gracie is liking the dosecrease. Thanks for the update on Rosalie. I was thinking of her and nice with the p/t job. I can imagine the hole she feels with the loss of Morgaine. I'm glad she't thinking of giving another kitty a home and love some time in the future. Have a good night and hope Gracie surfs and no drama.

Good evening and thanks for stopping by today! I got out and ran some errands and came back in time to catch you know who doing the little brown girl slide. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Finally!! Now if she will just have
one of those nice, flat surfs this evening.

Got home to slave away at the taxes. I have just not been able to focus on them. I worked on them last weekend, yesterday, and this afternoon. It takes forever to get all the reports together....I think last weekend I spent most of the time organizing stuff and just when I'd get going, I'd have to stop and test Grace....and take a nap :lol: Shame on me for not having it done sooner. Then Mom called with some paperwork stuff she needed me to do. I am positive I will get this all done by tomorrow...I'm SICK of it :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: At least Mike will be home tomorrow to watch her so I can finish.

Heart attack for me tonight...I could not find Gus ANYWHERE. Keep in mind that he moves about the speed of a turtle most of the time...but he can get up a head of steam. I'd gone out to fill all the fountains in the backyard but I know I would have seen him...he can't get out the door fast. I had horrible visions of finding him floating in the pool or that one of the bobcats had gotten him. I looked for him for an hour...and when I went back outside to look again and came back in, here he comes ambling down the hall :shock: :o I have NO idea where he was. His arthritis keeps him from getting into places the babies can get into. So be still my heart!!!

Just trying to catch up with some old LL friends.
I have been peeking in at Gracie's progress since she started Lev. It looks like she is doing very well except for a little glitch the last couple of days.....but it's Gracie and she would never want to be too predictable. :smile:

Good to get started on those taxes!! Do you have to do your DM's taxes too?
Gracie has decided that flat yellow leads to green. She gets to the lagoon just as Rusty is leaving! Oh well, maybe he'll be back there later tonight.

Tell Tobey that Rusty would like to be in his movie! But he doesn't want to be attacked by Tobey and Gracie in one of the war scenes. He'd like the movie to be serene and proud, just like he is! :smile:
