I fed Shorshe some medium calorie food and waited one hour but the BG didn’t change. I pushed a token 0.75 U now. I am not sure why she is so disregulated suddenly.
She is scheduled for a CT scan and obtaining biopsy sample from her ear Friday. On top of that, the surgeon discovered a mast cell tumour (which was previously dismissed as nothing since it wasn’t rapidly growing or bothering her) on her paw which she wants to excise. I will consult an oncologist today and meet teh surgeon again tomorrow before deciding. As far as I can tell stronium-90 radiation is not available in Thailand, I am so anxious for her. I just really want the best for her, her quality of life but I am no longer sure what’s the best decision. I am feeling indecisive and worried, wondering whether I should pushback the surgery for a few days.
Any advice? Please keep her in your thoughts and send her the goodest vibes.
