Looks reasonable to me. You're getting a bit of a response, not much, but remember it's a low dose right now, and a "gentler" insulin. Give it a few more days yet-- even at the low dose, you want to give the brand-new Lantus depot time to settle in.
 
Hurray for getting your Lantus post up! :) As Nan said, you need time at this dose to see its full effect - but look at how flat that curve is!
 
Hi Bellas Mom! Today was a flat yellow cycle. When those occur, it can be an indicator of a drop in the next cycle or so. Be vigilant All in all no reds and all yellows, I would say we are making some progress. :cat::);) And remember the depot for 0.50 u hasn't filled yet as you just started on Lantus.

You mean we may even get to go lower sorry I’m kinda lost with what some of this means and thanks

That's okay, we will help you all along the way. The goal is to get them in normal numbers and keep them there so their pancreas can heal and hopefully get off the juice! Since she is really new to Lantus, we just don't know how she is going to react yet. But, as a general rule when we see a kitty in an flat yellow cycle, it can sometimes indicate that in the next cycle or so that they will drop to lower numbers. I was just giving you a head's up and what can happen on Lantus.
