Pedro ate quite well yesterday- almost up to his normal amount - course he is on 1mg cypro 2x/day, but when he was really feeling low even a higher dose didn't do anything for him.
Normal poop - yippee! Sleeping away on his heater bed.
Last night was his first insulin in 9 days - .25u. PM spot checks: +4 89, +6 92.
The prednisone plan is seven days on 2.5mg 2x/day and if all goes well back him off gradually after that.
I called the vet last night and he okayed pain meds and I can pick them up today - he is more comfortable - but really tired.
I think we caught this early and the scans did not show any enlargement of the pancreas so we will see.
