I know! It's clear that the steroid is having an effect, but it isn't as long-lasting as I expected it to be. We may be about to have a wild ride back down.

Weight is up a bit more, too, but I still don't know whether that's just because the pred is boosting his appetite for now.

Roughly +3 AM and PM initially. Once we switched over to once a day it ended up being more variable. And we missed the evening dose on 3/14 and 3/15, but *not* 3/16, when he dipped into blues overnight. So it's all pretty messy.
 
I've heard ECID on pred response to the BG. Also, there can be a delay. You are right, hard to figure it out, but mostly moot now.

Yep. And really, I'm more concerned with whatever else is going on. We're managing the BG ok for now and we'll get back on track later this week once we're totally done with the pred. (Probably just in time for our trip to mess things up again!)
