Yesterday was BLUE day in MannieLand. Seems he took up residence at the Blue Bayou, and enjoyed some good times with all his LL buddies. It was nice to see the consistent blue yesterday. Even nicer that he waited until I got home, had finished my DGS duties, before deciding it make a move. Over all we are getting more and more blue cycles - YAY! Keep them coming Mannie. Thanks too for yesterday - you are the best! Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. And.......!!!!!!! We had another whack-a-thon! WOOT! over dinner last night. Seems Elsa was in his way to his fuds dish so he let her have it. She of course gave it right back. WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK, What fun! I so miss the daily whack-a-thons that we used to have here. One of BJ's legacies. I had to laugh at Mannie last night - he was so intent upon getting every morsel out of that bowl that he kept pushing it forward. :shock: It was within 1 inch of falling off the table, him with it. :lol: :lol: Good thing for him that this bean was on top of it all, or he would have lost his dinner to Elsa who as waiting below - not to mention his dignity too. What a hoot! :lol: :lol: And... the nanners remain secure. He made sure of that yesterday too. What a guy.... AND!: great test, shoot and clean plate club - AND auto feeder which Elsa still thinks has her name on it. Some things just never change. Normalcy in MannieLand.

have a great day everyone! I am off in a few to attend the NCAA swimming championships here in Federal Way, providing of course Mannie gives me a permission slip. What'd'tya say Mannie. Can I go, please? I'll be real good I promise and serve up some really good fuds when I get home. Promise ya!

Hi Linda - yep, I think I have just been handed that permission slip. I won't complain - he had a good day yesterday (I too love those blue cycles), so he takes today off. Good for me, I can go and play, and hope he comes down when I get home. And YES - LOL!! that duck was waiting to share in nicholas lunch. That was fun - he/we fed them a few fishies crackers. Well received by the feathered population. :lol:

So glad everything is going well in Mannieland!! Your photos are lovely and the white peppermint mocha sounds so good. I was out at breakfast very early this morning and almost got a mocha but then settled for regular. Now I've been thinking about a mocha all day.

Hi Ann - oh yes on the so so needed! The meet will be fun - some of our best swimmers in the US will be there. It is such a treat to watch such talent. Thanks on the pics - it is really nice place. I am with you: I am very lucky to be able to share this with one so young. Even better that he likes being there.

I feel like i haven't stopped by the Manster's condo in ages!! My bad and i'm sorry for not visiting more often. Love that there was a whack-a-thon, keep em comin Mannie and Elsa, LL loves hearing about them. Funny on the dish cleaning, yesterday i caught Leo licking the floor you know its pretty bad and your kitty is hungry when they start licking the floor :lol: :lol:

I hope you had a chance to get away and Mannie gave you a permission slip to watch some swimming.

It sure looks like that Canada Goose wants Nicholas to share his lunch!! But Nicholas is probably thinking: "I only share with my buddy Mannie".
Nice flat yellow today until PMPS, Mannie. Now you can go down to green and get to the lagoon yet tonight.
So the whack-a-thon has reemerged! Wonder how long that will last?

Nice to see that you got to go to a swim meet today, Michelle. It won't be long before Nicholas is swimming in meets.

I was surprised that nicholas would even share them - he is bit protective of his fishies cracker stash... kinda like Mannie and his nanners. :lol: :lol: and yes - a few other people have made the same comment. Could be!

Hi Ella - LOL, and I bet you are right. He shares all with Nannie - and wasn't too thrilled with my tossing some of those crackers at the geese... Funny how quick he put his had on mine as if to say "No grammie...." :lol: :lol: and it could be on the lagoon tonight - maybe he seems to be heading down... WOO HOO! I know on the whack-a-thons. We have had three since we lost BJ - with her they were everyday. This will be fun to watch for. the meet was fun - and I hope he has an interest in it all - so far he seems to, but who can really tell at 15 months, but paws crossed.... I do know he loves the water, and really enjoys watching the lap swimmers when he is at the pool.
