Ripley is doing great today :-D .

I wonder if there's an explanation/reason for her being flat... so far my searches on fdmb only come up with 'high-flat' patterns.

Our nights have been slightly colder lately, so our wall heater has been kicking on; Ripley's rocking chair is right next to the heater, and when that beast (the heater, not Ripley) turns on, Ripley adjusts herself so that she is facing the heater. She closes her eyes and points her nose up just like she does when she basks in the sun. My girl doesn't like to be cold (just like her mamabean!) :cool:

Thanks for the evening visits, Courtney and Marje ~ I started celebrating my spring break by... going to bed early :roll: :lol: .
My plans for my week off? Not many. I'm going to do a few easy home-projects like cleaning out closets, painting end tables, gardening, and catching up with friends, maybe catching a matinee (any movie suggestions?), maybe some baking... And of course, testing and spending time with the talented miss Ripley. It's going to be kind of a 'staycation.' And I can't wait!!!

Good numbers to be flat at:) I love stay at home vacations! Although I never get as much accomplished as I mean to, I get distracted :lol: I want to go see the new GI Joe coming out next week...don't know if that is your sort of movie but maybe I just want to see it for the good looking men in it ;-) Have a great Caturday!

Morning Josie, little Ripley is doing great and what a nice day yesterday and nice AMPS today. Sounds like you have a lot of neat things planned for spring break. I would love to take in a matinee. Hope you get some good suggestions. I just pm'd you for the info on the enema you used for Ripley. Have a wonderful day.

So, I accidentally went BTB this morning :lol: and woke up with a little sugarkitty snuggling with me. Awwww.
I love being at home in the mornings ~ I can leave Ripley's breffis out, and she can snack as she pleases (while I fend off civie cat with a squirt bottle :lol: ).

Morning Josie, It doesn't sound like any accident to me that you went BTB, that's called vacation! :lol: Sounds like you have a nice week planned; staycations are the best. We haven't been on vacation since Kismet was diagnosed :? When he was in remission, we went up to Orlando for the weekend to see my sister, but that's pretty much it. Even if we found someone to watch him, I think I would worry the whole time we were gone.

Courtney, yeah, it's going to be a while before my DH and I can take a vaca together ~ trying not to dwell on that. :sad: The worry of having someone take care of Ripley while we're gone would far outweigh our relaxation/fun.

Spring Break Update: cleaned laundry room top to bottom, now listening to the sweet sounds of wind chimes ringing in the breeze...
...and Ripley snoring :lol: .
I guess she's enjoying Spring Break, too :lol: .

Nice surf for Ripley today. :mrgreen: I hope you enjoy your Spring Break. I think staycations can be better than vactions because on a vacation you have so much you want to do, you don't get to relax.

Hi Deborah, Carla, and John! The visits are much appreciated! :-D

This afternoon I went out back to check on my sun girl, and she wasn't in her usual basking spots (on or near the adirondack chair, on the leaf pile, next to the turtle pond, on the river rocks)... she was lying on a barren raised garden bed. I think she took the 'bed' part literally :lol: . The dirt must've felt warm.

Nice day for Miss Ripples!!! Staycations are the best...that's all DH and I do anymore....just love being home with the kitties. Enjoy!!!

Hmmm maybe a fuds spike.
She just got her 100mls of fluids and the rest of her dinner.
Maybe another fuds spike to follow...

Actually, you want the flat blue/green "curves" so I'd be very happy about that! That's what lantus and levemir are supposed to do.

Have fun on your staycation but don't do too much work!

Yay, Marje!! Thank you ~ for some reason I had it in my head that flat = not a good response to current dose; thought I wanted an actual curvy curve (or 'arc,' rather :-D ).

Not sure what's going to happen tonight after the 160 @ +2, but I guess she had a good response to the recent dosecrease after all :-D .
