Yesterday, a short reprieve from the dosecrease but it's still not completely off the table.

I think I want more than a hint of green, but we'll give Neko a couple more cycles to see if she can show more green. Once every 6 cycles isn't quite enough. She's currently baking in the sunshine in the solarium, matching her yellow status. :roll: Every once in a while she comes into the kitchen and flops down to cool off, then heads out again. I had a short attempt at combing - I got most of one side done. Now I wish she would lie on the other side. :lol:

Happy Sunday everyone. Thinking of Dyana today, and healing vines to Lucy, Gracie, Trixie and any others who need it today.

will she ever flop on the other side? my cats always seem to have a strong preference for laying on one side, and good luck getting the other side combed!

we've got that same beautiful sunshine here. woot!

I hope Neko gives you your wishes, for green, and for laying on the other side so you can brush ;-) . Sounds like a perfect day for her, sunshine and warm, and mama bean loves :-D . Happy Sunday, Wendy, I hope you're enjoying the sun too :razz:

Your solarium sounds great. The sun comes onto our porches at this time of year, but the temperature on the front porch has been about 20 F. We still have the quilts over the doors!

Come on Neko and show some more green. You don't want that dosecrease!

Lil blue surfer girl finally game in from the solarium when the light disappeared. Just in time to bug mom about dinner (early of course). So I went out side and worked in the garden to avoid the cats. :lol:

@Julie - She will occasionally flop onto the other side, but she does have a preferred side. Actually, I usually have two cats in the same position at the same time.

@Rachel - No green yet - I ought to send her over to Chyna for a pep talk. It was cooler than it looked with a breeze but I do love the sun. :-D The other side will have to wait for another day.

@Carla - No sliding, just surfing so far.

@Ella - I could have pushed Neko over, but she'd probably be grumpy and she's grumpy enough with the combing. One side at a time. We have a "three season solarium" but in the sunshine I open the door to it and heat the house. I start my plants in there in the spring. We have fresh snow on the mountains above us.

Congratulations on combing most of one side!
Successfully combing a long haired cat calls for a serious celebration.

I am desperately hoping that I can get all her knots/mats removed during dental.
That will be a once-in-a-life-time opportunity.
I'd really rather do it myself, but I doubt they'd let me stay for the procedure.
I sort of stalked you online this afternoon because I didn't want to call you on bad timing, but I guess I kept missing you. :lol:
You had already told me things I wanted to know in Lucy's yesterday's condo, so I'll save it for another time.
My vet is sending a referral to West Coast Vet. :smile:
