Happy Sunday, LL! My girl is a busy one already :mrgreen: . Yesterday: Chyna 3/22

Sweet Chyna is already in the lagoon today, and I'm really hoping for a surf! She seems happy as usual, too. :-D . I think it's time for a back claw trim, and I need to brush her again (and again :roll: ) and brush her teeth, bad bean hasn't been doing it as often as we should. If you count finger brushing, that's as far as we've gotten. I went btb for an hour but my back hurts if I lay around too much so up I am! I have thoughts of everything I need to do for DMs party on Tuesday and the stuff I still need to get (most of which I can't get till the day of, which I've booked off work). Eeek! I'm excited :razz: .

I hope everyone comes to hang with us today in the lagoon :mrgreen: . Healing vines to all who need them, especially the ones who have broken holes in their hearts from loss, I'm thinking of all of you :YMHUG: .

Wow, Chyna, what a way to start the day! Surf safely.

Okay, Rachel, stupid question - what does "DM" stand for? Dear Mother? ("Slang" is not my forte!) :-D It's too bad bad you can't get more of the party prep done in advance; that just adds to the stress of it all. I'm sure it will all come together beautifully, though.

Thanks Shelly. Sorry, DM is dear mother :-D . I was thinking of going out for a few things that I don't have to wait on but the roads are so bad with ice ruts that I think I will wait until tomorrow when I have to go out to work anyways! It's a surprise party so it's doubly hard since it's at my parents house! And it looks like Chyna has plans to keep me in :lol:

Nice surf for Chyna today. I hope she doesn't keep going much lower. Good luck getting everything ready for your DM's party.

At least Chyna waited until today to visit the lagoon. I hope you got plenty of rest last night! :mrgreen:

If Chyna is going to keep you chained to the house and the BG meter, at least you can spend the time on her grooming needs. How does she handle claw trims? My girls are pretty mellow about it, but the boys hate being held, so they are a challenge.

Hope she surfs safe for you and NO bounces!

Sooner or later it's has to get warmer and melt those roads, right? Just not this week as it looks.

They're saying 8* for us tonight so I can't imagine what you're going to get.

I see Chyna didn't go as low as Bonk did, glad to see that. I guess Sunday's are a good time to do something like this! Good luck to both of you!

Thanks for the visits, Carla, Tricia, Dwight, Brian, and Chris :-D . She did a beautiful surf. I admit, I fed a few tsp of MC gravy at that +4 just to keep her surfing, she was getting really difficult with the ear pokes today!

Tonight she tried to go to a different room at poke time and didn't sit very well :? . I hope tonight isn't a pokey night or we may have some loud noises coming from my house! I never did get to claw clipping (no, Tricia, she does NOT like it or to be restrained, like your boys :shock: ) and with her already so POd today with subqs and ear pokes...I didn't want to "poke the bear" :lol: .

The LagoonMeister was surfing right along with Chyna today, but he has now bounced up on the beach. Chyna looks like she could have another green surf this evening.

Surprise parties are tough to organize. I did one for my aunt's 90th birthday many years ago and it involved all of her nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews from at least 6 big families. We had to rent chairs! But we had it mostly catered, so I didn't have to cook.

Thanks Ella! It is really hard to plan and not spill the beans to my DM. You are right...more green :mrgreen: . I hope a surf...I really wanted to go to bed! @-)

It's official...Chyna is trying to kill me :lol: . I was wondering with that +2; I did pull out some MC (8 carb-her LC mixed with 14 carb). She may have surfed on her own, but I'm just not feeling well still, and I have work tomorrow and the party the day after :? . If only she'd given me a high green...

What a great day for Chyna! Wow has your patience ever paid off!!!
