3/23/2014 Georgie AMPS 365 UP DOSE???

His numbers seem consistently high, or at least his AMPS (I know the nadir is most important, trying to work around my work schedule). Do you all think it would be okay to up his dose?
 
I really wish we had some +7 tests to show how low he is going, but going up .25 should be okay. I would caution you to be prepared for him to bounce on the new dose for a while, and again, so important to get some of those nadir or near nadir tests.

Good job getting the nighttime tests you got ! Those numbers were likely reflecting the bounce from earlier though.
 
I will start setting an alarm at night to get some good nadir tests. That should be around 7 hours since his last dose?
 
you are going to hate this answer, but Every Cat is Different. I suggest you try +7, and if you cant get back to sleep, stay up, enjoy kitty time, and grab that +8 too!
 
Hopin' the .25u increase will be just what Georgie needs. My cat Max also seems to give me higher numbers in the mornings, not always, but, generally, can be little higher in the morning.
