Shasta's not doing/feeling well today.
WCR: Some Ps in place. Yesterday, she only peed twice and no poop. This morning, I was concerned that she still hadn't pooped which I knew would affect her appy. I decided to shoot anyways...not sure if that was a good idea.
I've been pulling out all the yummy fuds to entice her to eat. We were struggling this morning. I threw out several bowls full of fuds and we were both frustrated with each other. Finally, I decided to give her sub-q fluids at +1, hoping that it would move things along with the poop. I got back in to bed and just laid there, praying that she would be ok. After 30-40 minutes or so, she joined me in bed and curled up under the blankets with me. Normally, she just lays on her belly under the covers along my side, but this morning, she rolled over so that I could rub her belly. When I got up, she had left prezzies in the LB 
, but she's still just not feeling well. In the morning, I'm going to call my vet and see if they can work us in and do blood work. I'm not even sure that they'll need to sedate her...that's how bad I think she feels. 
I don't know, maybe they'll consider putting a soft muzzle on her?! I don't know. I do know that she's not well and after Pixie's passing last weekend, I'm not ready to join the ranks of the animal-less house.

I keep wondering if the Weruva Paw Lickin' Chicken has thrown off her tummy/poop schedule, so I didn't give her any today and I don't think I gave her any yesterday. We'll see if she can get back to her once-a-day-poop! Thank you for all the vines. We'll take all that we can get. Time for bed, but I'm hoping to be around the board a little tomorrow. Goodnight!
