Jack was very vocal this morning about this needle thing. He doesn't mind the ear prick before fuds but the needle thing has got to go! He ran away. So as I venture out today in the winter weather advisory to get more needles and food I will have to come up with ways to hide the needle. LOL

I am working on getting a picture of both Jack and Scooter for my avatar and that to has become hard to do as well. Jack is just feeling so much better he is to busy to hang out with the little old man now.

Maybe change the injection site? He might not mind the shot so much at a different site.

Have you tried giving the shot while he's eating and distracted? I hope you can figure it out so he doesn't run away. Poor kitty. Good luck with the picture.

Well guess what I found at a little out of the way store that is going out of business! 2 flats of Friskies special diet turkey and giblets 90% off!! stale date is good until July. So I got all 48 cans for $4.00. We went into to see what was left in the store sale and came out with the one thing all the big city stores didn't have.

I am just used to a very co operative Jack who loves his testing followed by food so this grumpy morning cat was a surprise. lol I will change the injection site if I have to or shot while he is eating. good ideas. Snow just started up here.

What a great deal on the food!
Everyone is allowed to be grumpy once in a while, especially in the morning.

Marje gave me the CRF website and I feel like I did when I got here, reading and taking a masters course in kidney disease. Jacks PMPS number is in the 100's so I am happy about that. He took his shot like normal tonight. I am happy to see so much green so fast!
