My BudBud is green this morning!! This is a nice thing to see for sure! I think the +8 snack is doing good for him.

Not sure what I'm going to walk into this evening. I did put some fud in the timed feeder, but with two other furkids, you all know how that goes...hopefully Spot will be sitting next to it when it opens up so that Capt. Hoover, Ralph doesn't notice. I will be getting home a little later today (need to drop car off to get fixed from that accident w/the dump truck a month ago & picking up rental on my way home), so that is why the small worry.

WCR: Just a sweet happy kitty! After he ate his +8 snack, he came into the bedroom and jumped up on the window seat. Spent the rest of the early morning hrs. there, until it was time to get up...window was open...oh, how he loves the fresh air. He was so furry and purry for his test this morning...he could hardly wait to get his test. Of course, the freezed dried chicken breast he is now getting for his treat has NOTHING to do with this, lol. Wanted outside after eating, but no could do--raining and work today, so he settled in for a bath and an after bath rest.

Going to be busy busy again here at work, but will drop by some condos throughout the day, whenever possible. I hope everyone enjoys their Munnerday....one down, four to go :-D

Oh, almost forgot---Yesterday's condo

You guys are doing awesome Deb!!!!! So nice to see your SS! I have to ask what does it mean when you say gum day? Trying to get up to speed with all the terms on here, lol! have a great day!

when is the party? that's all cleo & i want to know!!
michelle, i don't remember the genesis of it but some people are afraid of jinxing things if they say kitty may be going off the xxxxx, so they say they're chewing gum, hence, gum day.

Hi Guys!! Our party will be coming soon, but today is Tasha's day...She is officially OTJ today!! So, let's all go visit her condo and wish her luck and congratulations!!

Michelle, gum day...anti jinx as Chris said...OTJ trials are experiements to see if kitties can go w/o insulin. experiment aka "spearment" thus "gum". See, simple as that :-D

Deb, why do you have to worry, when he isn't getting any insulin? Am I confused?

Doing wonderful there Spot!

Dyana, the small mini meals helps Spot's Mr. P out. Seems when he has the mini meals, his numbers stay lower. That is the reason for the small worry. I'm not worried that he will hypo or anything like that, obviously :-D

Re: 3/22 Deb's Spot PM +4 ~ 111 - Gum day 16

It's been a good day for Spot. Tonight I gave him some Instinct canned Rabbit - grain free. A few days ago I gave him the Instinct canned Venison, also grain free. Not sure if this particular type of canned food is what may have caused the slight increase in bg's for this test, but what I do know is that I will not be giving this brand to Spot anymore...only By Nature's Organics for Spot from here on in. I wanted to switch up his food a little, you know, everyone needs a change. It's ok, tho because Ralph will eat it...he's not to particular when it comes to food.
Well, it's time for nini and nini snacks! Hope everyone has a wonderful night tonight and we will see you in the morning!!
