Yesterday with pics & video

A sunny yellow start with the exact AMPS number as yesterday, that rarely happens!

A backyard visitor this morning, black cat was back. :shock: At first, the night duty bean, aka BIC for one more day, thought it was a skunk until the critter climbed up on top of the fence and stared back. Knocking on the glass door did not send black cat over the fence, so I had to put on my shoes ("don't make me put my shoes on") and go out with the flashlight, that did it and over the fence the visitor went. Zener was wiggling all over to get out, so 2nd breffis was forgotten. Finally, after very thorough yard patrol in the dark (with bean having done flashlight patrol), lots of sniffing and a pee in a strategic location, the mighty Z ate a picnic 2nd breffis. So exciting! He's now on the bed, having finished off 3rd breffis, waiting for me to come back to bed. MamaLizBean will be home tonight! :razz:

Hi guys .. quit the interesting morning at your place .. Poor zener all in a huff with an outside visitor to HIS property! At least he was able to eat his second and third breffis :lol: have a great day guys!

Anne, I'm laughing, too, about the "Don't make me put my shoes on!" :lol: :lol: That cat just doesn't give up, does he. He must have a home nearby and just wants to nose around! Glad Zener had 2 breffifs. I hope this will be a nice Zener slide.

Hi Anne, love the report on the intruder today :lol: Glad Zener has a good appy and is feeling adventurous. Hope you guys have a lovely day and the reunion with Liz is a joyous one.

What an exciting morning for Zener. I bet he was anxious to get outside and protect his territory. I hope he keeps sliding down for you today. I hope Liz gets home safely.

Z-Man, ya done good. I'll bet it will be a while before that cat shows up again (or maybe not)! Anyway, he/she is a good appetite stimulant.

Anne, did you expect it would be so exciting while Liz is away? Hope it all calms down by the time she gets home.

Thanks for visiting Rusty today and for your thoughts on his dose, etc. He's in the lagoon!!

Looking nice and yellow there Zener. Do you have any plans to show off tonight for mamaLizbean when she gets home? Safe travels to Liz if she's not home already.

I love how Zener is such a good guard cat. :cool:

A sunny yellow PMPS and a flattish yellow cycle today, hmmmm.... :cool:

@Devon - our back yard is on the path of many critters, other cats, skunks, raccoons and an occasional kit fox. So we always knock on our patio door and scan the yard with a flashlight if dark out, before kitties can go out. He had a very happy appy this morning and that's the best. :razz:

@Melissa & Mr T - you are welcome for the laugh. The kitties are usually pretty good about coming in when we call, but sometimes one (or both) will sit just off the back porch and not respond, that's when we say "don't make me put my shoes on". :lol:

@Ann & Maggie - glad you got a laugh from the shoes comment too. We are not sure where this black kitty is coming from, but Liz thinks he has a collar. He sure looks well taken care of. Our yard is prime hunting territory for feline visitors (and occasionally hawks) since we feed birds. :evil: Poo patrol is back together, so we'll be checking up better on Mags!

@Courtney & Kismet - Zener is feeling good today and VERY HAPPY MamaLizBean is home!

@carla - Zener is very serious about protecting his domain!

@Ella - Rusty! :mrgreen: Woo hoo! Maybe the Z meister will join you soon.

@Wendy - don't give Zener any ideas! :lol:

Liz is home and all is well!

Very funny condo today and love the Inspectors photo!

Glad she got back home safely. Perhaps she can scare the black cat away without threats :lol:
