Stella's Condo

Good Morning everyone! I hope everyone got off to a nice start to Spring. :-D

Stella is doing great. Her constipation seems to have passed. It came on quickly and moved right though. Whew. She is a bit more active this morning and up to her usual antics of meowing at things my eyes do not see.

Not much to report. I emailed the xrays of Stella's abdomon from 2011 to the new vet in hopes that that will put to rest any potential problems with Stella's kidneys. At the time of the xrays, our old vet said things looked great. Stella is doing great, so I don't know if the new vet wants to make more money or what because this household has no issues. Maybe the vet just doesn't trust that I am taking great care of Stella.

Have a great day!

Yes I know PeterDevonMocha ... some of my best friends are still shoveling snow this year! I hope the little greens start sprouting in your area soon too. :-D

Good evening!

Work ran late tonight so Stella's PM shot was late. Drat. We were on a good run there too!

Thanks everybody for checking in. Yes, Stella's constipation passed as fast as it came upon her...

We are still waiting to hear from the vet about his thoughts on her kidneys. My feeling is Stella is aokay and the vet is covering his bases. I think he is suspicious of Stella being a hyper cat and actually able to get to Green...but why would I lie about that???

Also, I ordered that zero carb cat food by Young Again... here is to hoping that pushes Stella to an even more healing place. Thanks for the suggestion. I will keep everyone posted in the next few weeks on that.

Also, I keep meeting coworkers with diabetic kitties who know nothing other than shooting blindly. I am pointing them all to this board in hopes that some kitties get everyone's assistance.

Have a great night!
