Happy Friday! Thanks for visiting us last night, Tricia, Mariko, and Amy :-D . Amy, I haven't tried that needle trick (I don't think ;-) ) but right now I usually need both hands on the cat :lol: . I find if I get a good tent it goes good. Tricia, I don't use zinc unless it's in my vitamins but I will look at buying some. Mariko, thanks, she was a good girl and I got some sleep! Yesterday: Chyna 3/20

We are off to a sunny yellow again. Hopefully we will see some greens soon from the dosecrease, little girl likes to take her time :roll: . But Chyna, you can wait until tonight to do that if you want, I have to work today unless you do a high green ;-) . She's shedding like crazy, I'm going to have to extra dust and vacuum this weekend, and brush her again like I've been doing daily! She has all her Ps in place and fluids went pretty good last night, some complaining and wiggling but I got a good tent and flow was good. There was some leaking after again no matter if I pinch the spot it seems? I'm feeling a bit better, but my throat is still scratchy and I can tell I need more sleep. What else is new on the sleep :lol:

I hope that Chyna gives you a very nice surf in lower #s today, and I am sending you tons of healing vines, and wishing for you to make a full and speedy recovery. Zinc works for colds, if you catch it early. I've used Zicam before, and it helps to less the length of the cold (again, if caught early enough). Get better soon!

I'm glad the fluids went well last night.
Maybe it was just a phase and she's getting over it.
Lucy went through a phase where she didn't like insulin shots and growled every time.

I hope your cold is a mild one and you will recover quickly.

Hope you are feeling better today, and your work day goes smooth and quick! TGIF!!!
Glad the fluids went better and hoping each time improves even more.
I also have a shedding bunch here. You would think FL furbabies wouldn't shed as much, but I see no difference between here and NJ.
Hoping Chyna shows you some of the :mrgreen: :mrgreen: when you are home to test!

I'm glad fluids went well last night! The little needle trick I used does allow you to have both hands on the cat :lol: ! What I did was after the needle was in and the juice was flowing, I just put my finger under the part of the needle that was sticking up - my finger was resting on her back underneath the needle, if that makes any sense. It did make a big difference in how fast the juice flowed, so if you end up with a slow drip again, give it a whirl and see what happens.

Work that dosecrease, Chyna....MamaBean wants those greens!

Wow, I wasn't expecting that green at after normal nadir on my lunch break! :mrgreen: :shock: :mrgreen: Her +1.5 gave me nothing. ARGH. I like green and all, but what is wrong with surfing high greens? And giving a bean a bit of an indication at early test...we never used to get food spikes and it's the same fuds! Same amount she gets at every mini meal too...

-Mariko, thanks for the vines:) Maybe she is, I'm hoping with daily instead of every second day she will adjust. She did get better with shots of insulin (she used to cry) so there is hope, but she sure told me about it, some during but mostly after subqs when I picked her up :lol:
-Jane, I feel a bit better, work is steady but at least it's Friday! I guess cat's must have a built in "it's spring, lets shed" gene ;-)
-Amy, thanks, I may try that if I am co-ordinated enough :cool: . We got our green...she just didn't wait for me till tonight like I wanted :roll:

Well, I managed a few condos today, hopefully some more this afternoon but for sure this evening. :-D

Chyna gave you those greens you wanted, just not when you wanted them. That's just like a cat. :lol: I hope she surfs safely the rest of the day and tonight.

Be careful what you ask for when it comes to colors! :mrgreen: Glad you're home to keep an eye on her tonight and it's FRIDAY!!!!! Surf safely, Chyna.

ZIcam can be pretty pricey. My grocery store has a store version of it that's a lot cheaper and has the same ingredients, so you might look for that if you decide to go the zinc route. I really feel like it helps me when I take it early.

Ask and ye shall receive! Wheeeeee! Those are some really pretty greens, though! Good job, Chyna! Glad she's working that extra juice and glad to hear that fluids are going well and getting a bit easier. YAY for Friday!! Hope you can get a bit of sleep tonight so that you can start feeling better.

Yea for green! Maybe Chyna is tired of your demands and has simply decided to live in the lagoon???? :lol: :mrgreen: :lol: (I wish that worked with Jersey!)

You are right, I should be careful what I mention in my condo...little kitty is reading it :lol: . Shelly, I'd love it if Chyna would live in the lagoon again, she did it for 8 months all by herself with no insulin so I know she likes it there :cool: . I just wish when she's ON insulin that she'd surf it slightly higher to prevent bean heart attacks and stress :roll: :lol:

I'm really wiped and still not feeling great so I think I'm going to nap for a bit and come up for a +6...

Nice to see the green. Thanks for visiting my condo today. Max is green now as well. I slept almost a couple of hours first. I hope you get to sleep soon as well. If not come visit me as i need to be up for an hour at least.
