? 3/20 Zoot! OTJ Trial Day 7! AMBG=68 PMBG=63 Question on vomiting small amounts.

Day 7 - what do Drs. say - "unremarkable" - :cat: - Zoot! is doing really well, overall.

QUESTION: He has had a couple of vomiting episodes (small amounts of brown digested food). Is there something I could give him to calm his tummy? It might be eating the remnants of the other cats food that has chicken in it - we know he does not do well with chicken. Will try to be more diligent in picking up their food.
 
Might want to modify your signature where it says his current dosage is 0.1 units. ;)

Does Zoot! get any probiotics? That might help - it's suggested for IBD. Visbiome is designed specifically for IBD. Your signature also says you feed Splash Dance, doesn't that have chicken in it?

Thanks - we have probiotics that we have given to the other cats; I will try adding the probiotics to his food - good idea. Thanks.

We feed Splash Dance to the other six kitties, but not Zoot. However, he normally licks up their plates (literally maybe a teaspoon total); we feed him separately, when they are done if there is any food on their plates, he can lick it up - but they all pretty much clean their plates. I would be surprised if the little amounts of Splash Dance are causing the occasional vomiting since the kitties have been on the same food regimen for months now and this has only recently popped up. It won't be hard to cut out that "end of mean treat" so we can try.

I will try to get the Visbiome - but he has never been diagnosed with IBD.
