Trix had a beautiful and unexpected 60s surf last evening. I guess she heard my grumblings about a possible dosecrease yet again, and decided to show me whose boss here yet again :lol: ! At first I was nervous that we were going to be facing an all-nighter, but she leveled it off perfectly. Just a wee bit of a bounce today. Good girl, Trix!

Today, we had Cowboy Cookout for the first time. She liked it, but she did leave some of the big chunks behind. She would LUV her some chunky kibbles, but chunky mush...not so much. Since she did eat everything else, and did eat about 90% of the chunkies, it will definitely stay in the rotation. Although I wish her +2.5 was a bit lower, I am very pleasantly surprised that she didn't fuds spike off it, either. So, it looks like we have another keeper. I still hope to find a few more to work in for her, and I still have to contact Dr Lisa about the two Weruva flavors I mentioned in yesterday's condo.

Blue grotto start for Miss Trixie - good girl Trixie. it was nice to see the greens last night. Guess she doesn't want that dosecrease. ;-)

Mannie is a Cowboy Cookout fan too. We have that one in the line-up too. I think it does tend to raise the BG's some, but not by much - at least for Mannie. Funny on the left-over chunks. We get that too.

Hi Amy, that was a nice green surf last night. This is nice for today since it's a work day. I am also keeping the Cowboy Cookout. Mags hates those chunks, too, especially the carrots! :lol: I'll be interested in what Dr. Lisa says on the two fuds. Have a great day.

Hi Amy - a nice green surf and nice blues this morning ... keep it up Trix! I'm glad the Cowboy Cookout was well received. We got 2 paws down from both cats. :-( I was hoping we'd be getting a new flavor in the rotation, but yeah, the soft chunks weren't a hit. You'd think Leo the Killer would appreciate bites rather than minced food. Hope you have a good day at work and Trixie surfs nicely girl!

We tried the Cowboy Cookout last year. Although Stella loved it, it raised her BGs too much and we couldn't keep it in our rotation.

Hi Trixie nice blue start Do Lou was loving cowboy cookout and also surf and turf but he is on a merricks strike right now :roll: he is so picky sometimes right now he is eating sheba chicken pretty good most days

Hmmmm...not so sure if this the work of the Cookout, or just where Trix would be after last night's lovely greens. She'll be having Cookout for din dins tonight, to, so we'll see what happens then.

I stand corrected by Miss Trix. She was NOT pleased with her Cookout din dins tonight...she grudgingly slurped up the soupies, and left all the chunks behind. I had to bust out some Friskies T&G for her. So, I guess I will take Cookout off the menu. Oh well, it was worth a try.

In other news...such flatness....
