Yesterday's condo

The Bounce has arrived!! Didn't think I'd get away with it too long, and after 2 cycles of fast, big drops, I sure can't be surprised. Disappointed, yes! Surprised..heck no

It was nice to be able to sleep some last night and not worry, and now that we have a stinky pinky at +4, I think I'll just relax today too. No real reason to keep poking her...at least until late in the cycle (maybe). If she didn't have such a habit of cliff diving off the bounce, I'd probably just give her the rest of the day off. I just never know when she's going to decide it's "time"

After the days and nights I've had lately, I'm going to take advantage of the bounce today and vegetate in front of the TV I think. I'm just plain tired.

China...if you're interested, mamabean sure would appreciate a nice gentle slide back down...remember, there's NO RUSH!!

Oh..my microwave bit the dust last night too, so I guess I'm going to have to replace it....the sooner, the better. I have no idea how or why, but I noticed a hole in the bottom and can't help but think that's probably not safe!

Really? I said for you to slowly slide down from the bounce, not drop 141 points in 3 hours!!

China, your mombean wanted a nice, relaxing day today. She does love to be dramatic. I hope she slows down a little.

Well, the PMPS is better than I thought it'd be, but the bad part is my "nice quiet day in front of the TV" ended up being "Go to WalMart, buy a new microwave, go over to talk with DM about getting the roof on her house fixed (wind damage from several weeks ago) and then talking to the roofer". She and dad had taken out a reverse mortgage several years ago, and because the reverse mortgage company's name is on the check from the insurance, we can't really start yet. They have to sign off on it, and they have 1000 rules about how it's done.

To keep him busy, tomorrow he's going to start on my roof (I've had a leak for awhile but no money to pay for it). We should be getting enough from the total damages the insurance said they'd pay to pay for most of mine too. What a nightmare!

Then it was over to my son's house to see if I could get him to come over and help get the old microwave out and the new microwave in, and we ended up talking about everything under the son until my cell phone alarm went off to tell me it was time for China's PMPS....so I raced home and got her shot just a few minutes late. (son only lives about 5 blocks away)

Anyway, instead of being home to test her this afternoon, I was out running....don't know if she continued to drop, if so, how far, or what happened, so we'll just deal with whatever we get!

At least for the 1st day of spring, it was very spring-like!! A beautiful 71 degrees!

Well, I'm sorry you didn't get your rest day...but it sounds like you were productive! I hope that China will give you a surf now, no more diving :mrgreen: . Have a good night Chris :-D

Uh...China!! That's enough of that!! :o :shock:

My son showed up so I got distracted and next thing I knew, we were in the low 40's!

I think I overdid the HC a little though...+5 was 109

Guess I'll be up checking for another couple hours

I really think you need to rename China - Tigger would be more appropriate, because she's awfully bouncy!

Cinco decided to drop down and keep China company in the lagoon. Hopefully they'll surf safely together and we can all get some sleep!
