3/20 Blackie Numbers

Dude! Are you trying to kill me! I know the 17th was St. patty's day but you shot 5U on a 68 and only got a +3! Yikes!!!! Blackie's got a liver, but... wow, that's a bit much.

There is a possibility that the pinks and the reds in the AM are rebounds from lower numbers. Like Sienne said, could you pls get a few spot checks in the evening, including the one before your bedtime. We wouldn't want Blackie to miss another dosecrease!

I haven't checked out Blackie in a while, sorry..but when I saw Helene's post about you shooting a 68 w/ 5u, I just had to check that out. Wow...either you got BOS or something, cuz I know I wouldn't have done that! I also agree that Blackie is probably having rebound from the lower numbers and that you should get more spot checks in.

I haven't done night checks lately because I knew he would be high so I didn't bother. Also my sleep schedule is really messed up and I've been trying to get back to a regular schedule for a few weeks now.

Many would be surprised (and some mad) about me shooting a 68 but by looking at his historical trends, I am very comfortable with the decisions I make. If I had these situations, 8 or 9 times out of 10 his numbers would go up.

If he gets better numbers at PMPS then I will do a night check for sure. I'm trying to conserve my strips since they aren't cheap. I've had to buy all his stuff on credit. Trying to get a job for the summer so I can pay for school and his cat related stuff.

Edit: Meant to say if he stays high all day then I would do a night check for sure since he would most likely go down. With him he gets good numbers for 12 hours, then the next 12 not so great.
 
we could have done without the bounce to black, Blackie. I know black is a nice color for a kitty, but it's not such a nice color for a kitty's numbers.
