Maggie is doing good today; she just had breakfast. I had a can of Wellness Chicken canned and gave her a small amount, but now I see it's not on the list compiled by Janet & Binkey. In fact, Wellness brand isn't even on the list, but I thought someone here once mentioned trying it! She snubbed the FF Chicken Feast. I hope this won't cause a spike!

Wellness is on the "new canned list" of Janet's chart, with a carb of 4% - it should be ok.
you might want to mark it in your ss comments, good way to track any changes.

Hope you find it on the new chart Ann....it is there...Have you tried the chicken flakes? Freeze-dried chicken flakes...I buy Prime Bites for dogs in Petsmart...ask for it if you can't find it. I sprinkle flakes on top of their food and they seem to really be enticed into eating when I use that. They love it.

Oh really! I have to go back and copy it; I have the former list. I had better get with the program, huh! :? That is great, as Maggie lapped that Wellness chicken up. I have a lot of FF chicken Feast to donate to one of the cat rescue groups. Yes, isn't it exciting? She did hit a nice green! Thanks, Ronnie, for the cheers!

Hi Pat,
I didn't see chicken flakes, but did see some tuna flakes at Petco. I bought these Catswell Chicken Breast Breathies with Mint & Parsley at Petco, but Maggie doesn't seem to like them, so I will look for the chicken flakes or try the tuna ones. Thanks a bunch.

Halo makes a nice freeze dried chicken treat too, little more $$, but they should be easy to find. Luv-A-Littles Liv-a-Littles? Gimee-A-Little?

Yes, Michelle mentioned she found the Halo chicken treats at Petsmart, similar to the Prime brand.
