Good Morning, Everyone,
If Rusty doesn't break this extended bounce today, he gets a dosecrease! We all had a good night. This morning Rusty had a good test, shot, a good breakfast (Wellness Turkey and FF T&G; first sitting eaten), and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator. It's a dark, gray day and flurries are expected all day, but no accumulation to speak of; rather mild temperatures--the sap is flowing and maple sugaring is in full gear up here in the North Country. One of the local breweries is making a maple porter with maple syrup from 10 different sugaring operations in the Adirondacks.
Rusty will have a chillaxin' day listening to "Parsifal" on the Met radio broadcast while his beans attend the Met in HD broadcast at the movie theater in Lake Placid. I hope he'll like the music (our kitty Alice was a Wagnerian and just loved Wagner's works; Stu was totally indifferent; Rusty likes music in general, but has no strong preferences). "Parsifal" begins at noon, but should be over by about 5:45, so we'll get home in time for PMPS. It will be interesting to compare this performance with the one we saw in the opera house on Wednesday.
Wishing you all a good weekend and sending healing vines to all in need.
Our hearts go out to Angela, whose kitty, Jr. Mint (Blackie's kitten), is at the Bridge.
