Good Friday Morning, Everyone,
Rusty is starting out green after his mostly blue "rest day" yesterday. Yep, we all need a rest day from time to time. He had a good night sleeping with his beans, good test, shot, breakfast (Wellness Turkey) and now a good chillax on his little day bed next to the radiator. Typical morning here for our kitty. But soon it will be disrupted by the vacuum cleaner. We are getting ready for the birthdays/anniversaries potluck dinner here tomorrow night. Edward is starting preparations to bake his Hungarian potato bread. We have a trip to the landfill planned for later this morning, plus a little more shopping (forgot some things yesterday in my delight at finding a tea kettle. Ours gave up the ghost about 15 years ago and I never replaced it, but have always missed it; finally found one that is just the right size and shape!! And it boils water really well, too!)
A new storm is going to move in later tonight and tomorrow, but it will mainly be a rain/wind event. Ugh. All our nice snow will rot. Hopefully we won't lose any trees in the 60mph winds that are predicted.
Wishing you all a good Friday and continuing to send healing vines to Sammy, Sid, Morgaine, Rocket, all other kitties who can use them, and to Katie,
Ella & Rusty
