She has been having 4 out of 7 days with the foamy pukes in morning. Today was actually food, from last night. So her +10 was 355. Can I move pepcid to night time pill? She gets zofram am and pm. Her amps this am is 315, 5 units given. She has been walking pretty slow last few days and laying down very gingerly. Gosh I love her so.
 
Ugh, sounds like the pancreatitis is flaring up and bugging her. I don't know about the pepcid timing, but it seems like a good idea. To help people giving advice, can you give the full run-down of her current meds and timing?
 
Yes, nighttime is actually the ideal time for Pepcid, since they usually go longer without food at night and that, in turn, allows the tummy acid to build up.

If you really need to, you can dose Pepcid twice a day, too - BUT, please clear that with your vet before doing so!

Zofram- am pm
Pepcid -am
Cerenia -pm every other day
Cosequin - 2× day am and pm
B12injection- every Tuesday
150 LR every other day
Is that good @Nan & Amber

Yes, that's what I was thinking. So, the other things being taken in the pm are just the Zofram and Cosequin. I don't know of any interactions between those and Pepcid, so I think you should be good with switching to an evening dose.

Orijen is definitely good low-carb treats. Not sure about the greenies-- there are a lot of varieties, but I think most are kind of carb-y.

Orijen is definitely good low-carb treats. Not sure about the greenies-- there are a lot of varieties, but I think most are kind of carb-y.

it's just %carbs-- so each treat will only contribute a few of the daily calories, but almost all the calories it does contribute will come from carbs. It's probably the equivalent of most dry foods, and I think diabetic cats differ a lot in how much one or two of these treats would affect them. For some that aren't too carb-sensitive, they might just see a small temporary bump, for others it might shoot them way up for a while.

OK well she loves them so will save for if we need them with hypo. She likes the orijen too so we will use them for pokes. :) ty
