Lucy's appy isn't too good this morning.
She didn't want her regular Wellness Turkey, but ate Turkey&Salmon for me.
I don't think she's in pain or nauseated because she started purring when I brushed her cheek gently with her favorite silicon brush.
It might be my imagination, but I always thought that Lucy didn't do so well when the season is changing.

I was supposed to give her a monthly B-12 shot yesterday, but I forgot, so I'll do it today.
Today is also a sub-q fluid day, so I hope the B-12 won't get flushed out of her system and peed out before getting absorbed.
I usually try to do them on separate days, but I don't know if it makes any difference.

Good Morning, Mariko! It's a nice number in low blue for Lucy, I hope her appy improves. It's good she ate the second fuds offered and purred for you :-D

I'm not sure on the B12 as I give oral pills daily...but I have seen some people say they add it to their subqs in a port in the IV line so it's probably fine? I have subqs to do today too, we are twins :lol:

I hope that Lucy has a nice day for you and eats her fuds like the good girl she is cat_pet_icon . Happy Sunday!

I don't know about the b12 and subQ, but if you're worried, would you be able to hold off on the b12 one more day? I'm sure someone will stop in with good info for you :-D

I thought about delaying the B12 shot till tomorrow, but ended up giving it to her today.
I prefer to do the B12 shot on weekends, so I can monitor to make sure she's OK with it.
Once last year, I shot her expired B12 because I didn't know it was expired, and Lucy got quite sick a couple of hours later.
I thought it was because of the expired vial, but the vet thought she might be allergic to one of the ingredients.
Thus my rule of "B12 on weekend".
The fluids will be give about 12 hours after the B12.
I still would like to know if B12 shot might be flushed too quickly when given with fluids, if someone has any idea.

Nice numbers for Lucy today. I hope her appy has gotten better. I don't know about the B12.

Lucy has a beautiful shallow curve going today. Purrfect! Good idea to be able to watch her when you give supplements.

Lucy had a large amount of runny liquipoo in late afternoon.
She seems to be feeling OK, but her appetite is not so good.
I'm not too thrilled with the green preshot considering her poor appy, but she's still eating so I shot.
Eat Lucy.... and surf too Lucy.

Our girls are in the lagoon together. I hope they surf safely tonight. Eat Lucy please!

What a beautiful day for Lucy! I hope she got to feeling better as the day progressed despite the liquipoo. I hope she ate.

I love her avatar and looking at her sweet face. :-D
 
Hi Mariko,

What a lovely cycle for Lucy. I'm so glad that her (less than zealous) appy didn't result in any drama. Hope her appy improves Monday.
