I don't know if you tried posting on the Feline Health Forum(forgive my ignorance if you did) regarding your civvie's problem. That is definitely an option I'd look into in the future if needed. FB can be a cruel venue. :bighug:

Hi good afternoon. I’m having a good day! And no worries you’re not stiring anything up. Facebook can be very cruel sometimes and any other concerns I have I’ll definitely be posting to fdmb instead from now on. My kitty is doing a lot better she hasn’t thrown up since. She is running around playing and still willing to eat thankfully.

You can always post a question about your civvie on Health.

Looking at Hendrix's SS, which is looking great, I am wondering whether fattening the dose would help you to get back to more green. You've been at the 0.25u for a while. A little bump might get things moving.

I really didn’t want to have to do that but I might. He’s been doing great with green for almost 9 days and the last two days he’s been blue blue blue. Arg!!! He was doing so good. :arghh:
 
So I slept through my alarms this morning which I’m not happy about...I’ve been so exhausted.
My kitties BG is at 106@+10 and I cannot feed him as he is supposed to have his shot in one hour....what do I do???
Should I skip his dose this morning?
should I feed him and push his times back a bit? Or should I retest at +11?
he hasn’t ate in quite some time....I’m not happy with myself right now....

I fed him breakfast and will do his test and shot two hours from now if BG is high enough. I don’t feel comfortable shooting at 97.

I’m going to have to skip his dose for today...his BG is too low for it and I don’t feel comfortable shooting at 97 and he’s hasn’t come up much since his last test. He’s definitely giving me greens today. I can’t wait for the day he is 100% better. It upsets me the most how tired I’ve been because I’m sleeping through alarms I could set 6 alarms and sleep through them all *slaps forehead*. I don’t want to mess anything up on him and I feel like I am

Caveat: I'm new to this, but I think you made the right call in skipping his shot today, after a 2 hour stall. I think you probably could have shot it if you were home to monitor with the right supplies, but the stall+shoot would have thrown your schedule way off for the next few days.

i don’t mind having his schedule pushed back really I can easily fix it within a couple of days :) but I just don’t want to shoot him at 97 because he drops at his +2 a lot and I didn’t want him going under 50 again. :arghh:
