Just wanted to check with my LL buddies about the content of this hairball aid that Karen & Smokey (GA) kindly suggested:

NaturVet Natural Hairball Aid.

Petrolatum Free. No sugar.

But it does have Sorbitol, also "maple flavor"

Full contents: Soybean oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, di-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate (Vit. #), Sorbbitol, soy protein, chicken flavor, lecithin, tuna flavor, maple favor, beeswax, methycellulose, chamomile, catnip. Crude fat is 20.5%

Anyone see any issues for diabetic cat? I gave Kitty a taste, and he liked it! And he does chug up those hairballs.

P.S. Kitty is 11 months OTJ today. Shhh. Anti-jinx.

Thanks, both.

Good to know there's an alternative. I've wondered whether it was the soy in Dasuquin that made Kitty reject it. So far, he likes this Hairball Aid, but if he rejects it... butter!
