Good morning! ~O) ~O) ~O)
All is good here. nothing much to report. :-D a little high on the amps.. hope that comes down.



Here's a picture of little whosit. He showed up on our porch in WI. HE Loved chicken, was sort of friendly, but very shy. We finally got him in the back door and started sociallizing. My auntie's cat had passed away 2 years before and she fell in love with him. He went to her house the end of Sept., just before we left WI. Now, he's been neutered, shots, etc. and he's got the run of the house. He's sleeping on beds with people, curls up between toes for naps, has a bed by the fireplace, knows where his food is and is sure that anytime anyone goes in the kitchen it's to feed him. YAY.. successful rescue. His new name is Shadow, because he is one. Loves to meet new people!!! Hugs to you sweet Shadow.. and auntie, uncle, cousin for being the new family.

Hi Mary. Nice to see Oliver down in the blue zone. We have our fingers crossed that he keeps his decent going....but stops when he hits the safe zone.

Great rescue story. Shadow is a good looking cat. It's funny how strays seem to land on the porches of animal lovers. Do you think they mark the porches in some manner to alert other strays, sort of like the fabled Hobo use to mark the homes of people that would give Hobos food during the depression.

Oh Mary, what a BEAUTIFUL 'Shadow'! Looks like there's Maine Coon in that mix - they're the most WONDERFUL fuzzy feetz...so loving, calm and curious. THANK YOU for finding him such a loving home!

I agree - I think they mark the houses....

Nice to see Oliver decided to visit the lagoon after all. It's been pretty busy there today.

I love the pic of Shadow and the story of how he found his home. Some things are just meant to be. :-D

That's so great your aunt was able to take in Shadow and give him a good home. He's such a cutie.

Just look at those ears and those markings/colors. Shadow looks a lot like Rusty. What a lucky and smart kitty to find your doorway! So glad he's got a furever home with your aunt. Maine Coons seem to love people. Rusty certainly does.

Awwww what a beautiful little kitty! Thanks for the story and the picture. It's so wonderful to hear when kittehs get new homes and it sounds likes she's settled in nicely and owns the place already :-D
