Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (YUM! Elsa outdid herself this morning: PRIMO!), and Happy Wacky Wednesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! GUESS WHAT! Today is WACKY WEDNESDAY!!! Just like every Wednesday Lola and Bug SWEAR that it won't be wacky pizzas, just wacky Wednesday. Whatever that means.... The whack-a-thon marathons continue. Excellent pizzas to the best whacker! so... well... Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espressos, with beans from Starbucks Pike Place Market, their original blend, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings. SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of mint and vanilla and cimmamum swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with peppermint chips and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts always on the menu!

I hope everyone had a great Tuesday, that the day was been a good one. It was visit Seattle Day. Seattle was great, always nice to see Barb. Few tings can beat time spent wioht a freidn voer a cup of coffee. The morning was busy too, and I was able to get a dew things done. I love it when that happens. This is what I wrote in last night's post about the day: "Hi everybody! I hope all is going well in your neck of the woods. Things are good here, cold today, no sun, but good. I was able to finish the cleaning, and by vacuum supervisor Lola and her able assistant Bug made sure every nook and cranny were spotless. Well done guys! I spent the rest of the day beginning to install and explore some new computer photo software on the 'puter, something I have wanted to do for ages. Now I just need to find the time to work with it. I did make Seattle too, and had a great time with my friend. I decided to go in a bit early and spend some time at the Freeway Park, to see how Spring was progressing int he city. I really enjoy that park. It's nice year round, but when spring and summer hit it such a welcome relief from the busy crazy of a big city. Tins were starting to bloom, some just in bud stage, but spring has hit Seattle. Now if it had just been a bit warmer! Skies were gray, overcast, with a sprinkle now and then. Still a great visit despite the weather."

   The kitties were good kitties yesterday, even Lola, for the most part... The weather yesterday, and today, is really chilly, wet, drizzly. With the home weather being so stormy and wet in the morning the kitties were in bed mode most of the day yesterday. SMART! Elsa had to go out for a bit, she insisted. It was so reminiscent of the last time she went out in the rain. It wasn't two minutes later when I turned around and saw her at the door, waiting to come back in. Normally she will do this over and over again, but not yesterday: only one trip and off to her warm bed she went. Bug too! Lola tried, but she was up and about as much as she was in sleep mode. She just can't sit still for very long. We had runs and window watching and door and glass pounding, shower curtain batting, frig door riding, all the things she loves to do. She continues to be such fun. Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. Nicholas and I are off to swim this morning, while William spends that time at the other grandparents. We are due for some possible sunny weather in the afternoon, maybe we will get lucky and see that yellow thing in the sky. :-D HOPE SO! A trip to the park with the beach would be prefect for the afternoon. I will try and get to condos when I can....

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!! cat_pet_icon

Sounds like a great day yesterday. So much fun to catch up with a friend over coffee. Good kitties. I would have much rather stayed in bed all day too. Have a great day today Michelle!

Re: 3/19 LOOSE LIPS: parks & flowers.... Happy Wacky Wednes

Morning Michelle, and thank you Elsa, for my Triple Espressos and Wacky Pizzas. My neighbors thank you, too.
Sounds like a nice day yesterday, and love the pics of the park, beautiful flowers. It's always so nice catching up with a friend over lunch and coffee. Elsa cracks me up with how she loves going outside, only to want back inside again. I wish I could take Katie outside, but I don't want to touch that one yet until I get a leash and harness. Lola is so funny with all her antics and Bug like Mannie. Have a great day with the boys today and hope you have sun.

Re: 3/19 LOOSE LIPS: parks & flowers.... Happy Wacky Wednes

Hi Michelle,
Looks like spring in your area, despite the cold temps. Hope you and the boys had some sunshine today :-D

What beautiful spring flowers at Freeway Park. I'm glad you had a nice trip and good visit with your friend. I hope you get some sun today.

Hi Everyone! greeting from the soggy PNW. I hope your day has been a good one. I am sitting here watching the deluge fall. I don't think we could be any wetter, Funny thing is a few miles south they have intermittent sun, and few miles north, more sun. sheshhh and no fair! We did make the pool, duh. Nihcolas was on the tired side today, but gave it his all anyways. It was a slow start for him, but once the big pool opened up it was no holes barred and off he went. The energizer fishie was just that: energized! It is his fav spot now. I truly wonder what we will do this summer if that pool is not opened for family time. i dunno... it wasn't last summer. We hope that they will realize that there are those of us that really rely on that pool being accessible to families. well anyways - it was the usual in the pool today, as much time underwater as there as on top. He still loves the water as much as ever, and once gain, no swim test. oh well on that - he will when he is good and ready, he does know what he wants. ;-) We did the pool trail again today. It was darn apparent that if we wanted any outdoor time it has better be after the swim stuff, as that was when the weather break was, and Nicholas was fading fast. I-) William is really lot of fun to take on these little hikes/adventures of ours, on these trails. His face just lights up when we head onto the path, arms start flying, legs are a-kickin'. Silly kid knows where he is. Skies opened up when we were half way through it. Thank goodness there is enough of a tree canopy that we didn't get too wet. Nicholas didn't care, and William didn't either. Neither one of those boys cared that they were soaked. awesome!   Despite the never ending rains here today it was a good day.I will post the link to the Picassa photos in tomorrow's condo.

Hi Ann ~O) It was a good one. I got things done, and then made it our some. The park is really starting to have alot of flowers there, it is such a pretty place in the spring,. I so agree on spending time like that with a friend. Really nice time! Elsa has always done that - HAS to be out, even when it rains, and she really does not like the rains, so right back in she comes. I so need a revolving door! I so know on Katie outside, a harness would be good. I don't even trust Lola with one of those - it would have to be one where she could not wriggle out of it.   THX on today, no sun but we had such a good time anyways. :-D
Auntie Ann! Always a pleasure! see you tomorrow, 'K? ~~ Elsa, KBP

Hi Jane ~O) It did in Seattle yesterday - they do spring very well at that park, it was cold, but still nice. Today - rains! Still a great time though.

Hi Carla ~O) They were really pretty! I love that park in spring. They do plantings so that there is always something blooming, right through summer. very very pretty! THX on yesterday - it was great. No sun today bummer! But we had a great time anyways.

Re: 3/19 LOOSE LIPS: parks & flowers.... Happy Wacky Wednes

Ha...sounds like Elsa may have finally caught on about yucky weather and going out! What a silly girl. I love seeing the buds and blooms....maybe someday we'll get the same thing here!

I hope you're enjoying a relaxing evening, Michelle!

Re: 3/19 LOOSE LIPS: parks & flowers.... Happy Wacky Wednes

Hi Amy ~O) One would think with Elsa - shesshh! She's been that way for ears. Goes out in the wet, and then turns around and hollers to be let in. Mannie was the only kitty I've ever had that liked to be out in the wet. he made his rounds no matter what the weather. ;-) I so hope you have some of those buds and blooms soon too! THX on tonight, it shall be just that!

Re: 3/19 LOOSE LIPS: parks & flowers.... Happy Wacky Wednes

Hi Michelle,

Late tonight but wanted to check in with you. YOu certainly do have a microclimate out there (we do here, too). Good to hear that the day went well despite the heavy rain. sunshine tomorrow, maybe??

Have a good evening,

Hugs, scritches,

Ella & Rusty
