Yesterday's Condo.

Simon squeezed out when DH was taking out the trash and went under a neighbor's fence. This is his go-to escape. I am thinking that he must be getting into dog or cat kibble over there because when I got him home after much cajoling from under the fence, he wasn't hungry and he hadn't had his usual breffis yet. Then, the +5 shows me something was definitely consumed because I got a good shot today.

Is Simon on probation now? That little absconder!

Hopefully he gets through it soon and y'all are back on track. Hope you guys are all inside now; this storm just started coming through where I am (East Dallas).

Mystery has been solved; we were cleaning out a closet for our remodel and DH asked what to do with the cats' old kibble. I said "Throw it out!" So, he thought that instead of putting it in the trash can he would put it on the GROUND in the alley! Because that's like composting, he says, it saves landfill space! Seriously? I told him that you can't put meat products in the compost anyway, and we don't need pet raccoons and possums. Anyhow. . .Simon looks like he cleared the food bounce in record time, but we will see if he stays low this cycle or not.

Here's hoping Simon stays out of alleys with piles of discarded kibble. That was a scenario I didn't plan against!

LOL! I just have to laugh, Kim; I'm sure your DH is wonderful and very intelligent. But I have those "seriously?" moments with DBf on a regular basis, and from what my girlfriends tell me; these are not uncommon. I will never stop being amazed at the dumb things a man will do! Gotta love 'em!

Survived the maneuvers of the contrabandista and he's back in the green. Pretty good numbers tonight, and I guess I can get some rest now because he's not too low! I have a feeling that the next few days may change as his new dose builds up shed.
