Good morning Lantus Land!!! Sending continuing healing vines to Leo and any other kitties who need them.

Missy G is doing fine as frog's fur (mike says it's "hair" not "fur" but they have neither so I like "fur") this morning. Since the weather is warmer, we are back to her seasonal habits. You know how we always say cats like routine. Well, Gracie's routines are seasonal :lol: So our new routine is test and when I get ready to shoot, she takes one lick off the plate, then patiently waits for the needle to go in, then takes another lick as I press the plunger. When I withdraw it, then she makes a beeline for the catio with her adorable little bow legged back legs walk...it's so sassy. Of course, she must keep checking to make sure I am not lagging behind! I open the catio door and out she trots, sashays under the sofa over to the end of the catio, right hand turn behind the chair, and settles in at the base of her favorite condo and bats her baby browns at me Baby would like to be served HERE! :lol: :lol: :lol: And then she maintains her membership in the CPC :lol: :lol: She had a nice flat night last night clearing the bounce and into lovely numbers this morning.

We are counting the hours until Auntie Lizbean arrives at noon!!!! Everyone is so excited!!! Have a great day!!!

Hi guys .. such pretty numbers for gracie this morning! She must be really excited to see her auntie! Cat's are so funny .. our girls eat in the kitchen every day .. EXCEPT if there is sun in the dining room .. then they trot over there and won't budge until their bowls are in place! Have a great day guys!

Morning Marje! What a beautiful start for Miss Gracie! That's too funny about her new breffi routine. She's such a diva... I can imagine her in a Fancy Feast commercial being served breffi at her condo in a crystal dish served on a silver platter. She's probably majorly impressed with how easily she has trained you . If she could speak, I am sure she would shower you with praise, "Who's a good little clever Bean? You are! Yes, you are!" :lol:

I hope you have a fabulous visit with Liz today. Take lots of pics!

DH here. So we did an out the door check at +6 before we went out to lunch with Liz and her sister. Gracie said "why don't you let the crazy ladies go out and you stay home and have lunch with Me?" Stinka.

I laughed until tears came down my face!! This is so funny Courtney because it's so true.

We had an AMAZING visit with Liz and her sister. Liz got major league kisses from Gus and Tobey and Gracie let her scratch and pet and love on them. She even got a "sup" from Gracie!

I have pics but I think Anne may post on Zener's condo. If not, i'll post them here. Gracie wore her green dress for Auntie Lizbean :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Sounds like a GOOD day.

I'm wondering if the "fine as frog hair" is an old "common" saying or just a family tradition. :lol:
My great gm had lots of old saying but that wasn't one of them. :lol:

Oh, it looks like Gracie really wanted to please her Auntie Lizbean (and, of course, her mamabean). Beautiful cycle, Gracie!

We had a GREAT VISIT!! :-D :-D :-D The kitties all let me pet and love on them. Gus is a total lover boy and gave me lots of kisses. Tobey too, he and Gus both purred up a storm. :-D The Princess actually let me pet her. So I feel very special. We had a very nice lunch at Le Buzz (thank you, Marje!). The weather was fabulous. We spent some time on the catio with Gracie who mostly slept through everything. My sister came for lunch and a bit of cat talk but reached her limit after a couple of hours. She was a good sport about it all. :lol: :lol: Her and Marje are going to play golf some time when Gracie gives permission.

Aww Gracie girl was showing off for Auntie Liz! What a beautiful day she had, even if she made her Daddy bean stay home with her for lunch. ;-) I'm glad you guys had a nice time and I'm looking forward to the pictures/video! Have a great night, I hope she lets you get some sleep :mrgreen:
 
What a nice day for the Lil Stinka! :mrgreen: Great timing on the lunchtime lows. :lol: Sweet that she let Liz pet her. Were any special tricks required to let her get close? I too am looking forward to the pics tomorrow.
 
I believe the pics will be on Zeners condo but if not, I will post them.

I told Mike he was probably just as happy to stay home then go out and listen to the three of us talk about cats and FD but he said he had actually been looking forward to going. He's such a trooper!

:lol: :lol: Liz just thought baby girl was sleeping but she was keeping a close ear on everything ;-) she never knows when her famous stinkeye might be necessary :lol:
 
I will definitely post to Zener's condo tomorrow. I have pics from the Tucson party and video too. Nothing is photoshopped. ;-) Look at those :mrgreen: ! Zener is doing the same, so the lagoon is hopping!
 
Hi Marje. Gracie sure had a nice AM cycle and it looks like her PM cycle will be the same.

Enjoyed reading your post on Liz & her sister's visit. Sounds like you all had a great time.

Very cool you guys had a nice visit! And Gracie had on her green dress too, all gussied up for company :-) It sounds like you all had a really great time - so glad to hear!
 
It sounds like you guys had a great visit and time together. Liz, you reached your goal of Gracie acknowledging you, too! :lol: and then a little extra!
