Well, he bounced from his yellow surf and is still bouncing this morning. We saw green on 3/13, an we are not sure what the best course of action may be. Do we decrease (due to bounces) or increase to lower him. We opted to increase.

On a side note, Cosmo has been sneezing quite a bit the last week or so. I don’t think he has a cold, but think he may have seasonal allergies. Has anyone seen this in their kitties and is there allergy medication - anti histamines usually given?

Cosmo is walking around and bright despite his AMPS.

Good luck with the increase :bighug: Hope he slides down today :bighug: And I do think there are people on here that treat kitties for seasonal allergies - I have zero experience but I'm sure if you put it in your title others may stop by...I can't remember who has experience off the top of my head.

Hope you have a good day, Tanya :bighug:

I was just asking DH, and the prescription allergy medication he takes is cetirizine (20mg) Very interesting. We could just use a pill cutter to get to 2.5 or 5mg :bookworm: Hmmm...

Good luck with the new dose. I give my civvie Baby Zyrtec for seasonal allergies. I give 1/4 of a tablet per day. Zyrtec tablets are 10mg so be very careful if you cut up the 20 mg pills. You don't want to overdose Cosmo. I was told you can give up to 1/2 a tablet, but I go with 1/4 of a tablet twice a day.
