3/18 Sid Good News!!

I thought I'd let you all know about the good news. For the first time ever, Sid had a LO reading for ketones on the blood meter. I am so pleased, especially because he's been having some bad bounces lately. I just hope those ketones stay away for Sid and Sasha and Garland and Grayson all the other kitties struggling to keep them away!!!!

Hi there Lydia

I saw your question over in Sashas condo about R scales
If you are using R regularly, you should develop one, as a guide.

I don't know PZI at all and have no idea about a strategy.
I would recommend that you study Sids ss, paying particular attention to the times you used R and Sids response.
Both the desirable responses - doses that just took the edge off of things, as well as the undesirable responses - doses that sent him straight to the cellar or doses that seemed to do nothing..
you'll then know what to avoid.
This is truly an ECID thing, Even with an individual, an R scale that works today may be obsolete next week.
Always use caution with R and monitor closely. Be careful that the R nadir does not coincide with the PZI nadir.
And take care not to give it if Sid is clearing a bounce.
