Yesterday

Hi Everyone,
A bit late today. I was feeling poorly this morning (a new aspect of my cold?) and slept for most of the morning. Then had lots to do this afternoon.
Rusty bounced this morning from his 53 yesterday, but seems to have settled back down. I think I did the right thing by going back to his regular dose last night after having added that drop (to get him back from the trip bounces). He has good appetite and has spent the day by the radiator.
It is COLD and WINDY. But it is worth it to have seen the Northern Lights last night, around 11 P.M. So beautiful! And the stars were brilliant. We're going out to see if tonight will be a repeat. It's supposed to get colder than last night (around zero). We heard on the radio that the Northern Lights could be seen further south than usual right now because of a confluence of something or other.

bbl, Got to work out on my rowing machine and bike in the basement, since I lost most of the day. My cold is still with me, but in it's waning stages. I hope I'll be able to snowshoe on Friday (an Equinox snowshoe hike, followed by a potluck at a friend's house. We are going to welcome Spring!

VERY COOL on the northern lights. I have seen some incredible photos come in from people that went to see. it had to be something else to see them in person.
