Mum is very thrilled although she's not sure she can handle the adrenalin, she says she'll probably have a heart attack and I'll inherit a cat in remission Purrdy loved his HC snack, mum took a cute photo which I will post when I get to work as I can't work out how to do it from my laptop. St Patrick's day yesterday so we're calling it the luck of the Irish

I won't be in at work this morning as it's Vyktor vet day. He's been fasted since midnight so of course he's starving and has been yelling at me since the early hours. I feel terrible withholding food when he's not been eating enough anyway If I have to leave him there I'll probably go into work afterwards to try and keep my mind occupied (and post that pic).

Meg is back to normal, she did a couple of inappropriate pees in the bathroom after I had moved her food and litter boxes out from there and back to the laundry but has behaved since and is extra loving. Although she's rather annoyed that she's not getting a morning run again - it's not like I want to go to work Meg!

Cyclone has been ripping through the place but not too close to me. As of last night no deaths or injuries that I'm aware of but it has hit the banana crops - again!

Best wishes to Vyktor for his vet visit and congratulations to Purrdy on his dose reduction and tell your mum I will see her in the cardiac ward soon. Pats to Meg too.

Gotta tell you I was doing the little happy dance when I saw that Purrdy FINALLY got his first reduction.

I'm also admiring his "bounce".

Best of luck for Vyktor - the one good thing about being a diabetic cat on insulin is the no fasting. Thinking of you guys and your weather.
