Hi Everyone,

I never got to Rusty's condo yesterday, but he had a pretty good day. We began the day with my last Terumo syringe (but in a few days we'll be back to Terumos thanks to @rhiannon and shadow (GA), who found some in her guestroom and has already mailed them to Rusty). His evening shot was with a Monoject. I needed two syringes to get the dose right (or what I think might be right), and both were sticky, had giant bubbles, and were difficult to fine tune. Of course, Rusty's tiny dose isn't easy to measure, even with calipers (it is 0.22mm on the Monoject; on the Terumo it is 0.46mm).

I spent the afternoon playing in this wonderful snow. I went to the x-c ski area at Mt. van Hoevenberg, the Olympic training center near Lake Placid. The trails were perfectly groomed and it was a great way to spend my birthday. Last night we had a pizza for dinner so that I wouldn't have to cook.

Wishing everyone a Happy St. Patrick's Day. May all your kitties be GREEN!

We just have birthday weeks now..... milk it for all it's worth.....

Happy belated birthday. Playing in the outdoors is the best way to celebrate it.:joyful: I like to row on my bday. :)

Sending speedy travel vines for those Terumo syringes! I guess change is eventually inevitable. :(

Happy belated birthday, Ella!!!

Exciting news here - I adopted a brother for Lucy. His name is James and I brought him home last night. He's 10 years old. So far he is settling in well. The big challenge will be managing cats on two different diets.
