Well, Rocky got a dosecrease back to 1.75u this morning as per Julia's advise. His BG saw no blues or greens since his last ONE drop to 41 on 3/13.

I will be here to monitor Rocky today.

let's hope he can do something with that extra little bit of insulin.

Yah, those are some awful numbers.

Worse than that, the last TWO reading I took over because +6 read 475 (then 339 at retest), and +10 was 445 (then at immediate retest was 385).

I'm very careful about not giving fur shots. I actually separate his fur apart until I can see his white skin, and then I poke him with the needle.

Rocky is now getting (4)TBS of water at each morning and evening cycle instead of just (2)TBS of water. It means he is peeing more too.

ALL of the blood tests I've taken on Rocky today using the Relion meter have first given me a blood glucose reading in the high 400s. Upon immediate retest, his numbers are in the 300s. Still not good and I don't know which reaching is the more accurate one, the 400s or the 300s.
